The first promo photos that Hot Toys released of this figure were appalling - that head sculpt looked like something that one would find on an action figure at Walmart or Target. But this final product is a night-and-day difference. Stunning. I've gone from "maybe I should cancel my pre-order" to "this might end up being one of my favorite figures."

Supergirl was 100% a highlight of the flash not really comic booky but that doesnt really bother me the "what did you do" man hope to see her again as supergirl

When they announced the new headsculpt, I was excited, but still waited until someone actually got it in hand for me to actually order this figure. You have confirmed it for me, this figure needs to be in my collection! The headsculpt is fantastic! This is such a cool figure!
Yeah... yeah, this is the good stuff. I remember the first images that came out, and boy did it look quite bad, as far as the headsculpt was concerned. Fully expected this to be a disaster - though the suit looked great from the start. Extremely happy how she turned out in final prod. Can't get over how good the proportions are on this. The only thing, though... yeah, the cape. Gonna have to be very careful with that. The extra accessories you mentioned, would have been very welcome, as well. Especially an extra head with the red eyes, and an angrier expression. Must also say, the poses at the end, absolutely killer!!
My only gripe is the cape attachment, and I mean that for the IRL suit too. It's just weird. I'm so curious as to what Alcock's suit will look like. I'm sure we'll find out in the next few weeks.
Def looks awesome glad I PO her, biggest gripe is the cape, not how is made but how it was placed. Just like you mentioned either magnets or Velcro it would have worked perfectly since I heard in one scene she didn’t have the cape on. I didn’t watch the movie cuz it was terrible but the figures are great. Shout out to them for fixing it hopefully Johnny Storm gets the same treatment cuz it doesn’t look anything like Chris Evans. 🤣

Just watched all the Supermans starting at Superman one all the way through Synder Cut JL. Now need to watch Flash, really enjoyed the movie and really liked her. That figure looks damn good, almost as good as she looked in the movie.
When this figure was announced with the original photos it was an immediate pass for me. The original head sculpt killed the figure. It was terrible. Recently when the updated photos were released I immediately jumped online and purchased this figure. HUGE difference. Looks awesome.
aside from the weird red stripe going down the upper arm, I'm a huge fan of this costume, and I really find it a shame that this, being the first supergirl in a live action movie in a long long time, was so short-lived
I like the flash and I wanted this figure! But waited to see the final head sculpt before I ordered. I was hoping HT would fix it, as soon as I seen it I got one! The body proportions look great! And the head sculpt amazing lol
I really enjoy the color difference from the InArt Superman and HT Supergirl… I want her, but I gotta get her later down the line…I am curious if we will have a InArt and HT face off with the Sean Gunn Superman and later down the line Supergirl films ….great review as always

Hot Toys had to have seen the prototype of InArt Superman. Not having a glowing eyes headsculpt is disappointing but not using the attachable pole in the back is kinda infuriating. Those clamps are not good for this type of material. Glad they did right by Sasha and they updated her headsculpt through
Hi Justin! I got this figure before the year went out and despite its flaws I am glad to have her in my collection. Looks great paired next to my inart Superman. Just wish there was an easier way to swap out the cape because I personally would’ve liked a drape version.
As always beautiful poses Justin. In the end, she ended up being a beautiful figure. I knew it would be the case. I’m glad I held onto my PO. My concern with her is that, she’s under scaled. Like instead of 1/6th she’s 1/7th and a half. :/ Thanks for the review!

I've really been eyeing this figure for a while now and contemplating purchasing it. I really enjoyed her in the movie but I might try and wait to see if this ever goes on discount. You just do not get much bang for your buck imo.

I personally would prefer a figure like this (brand new body, brand new sculpt and fully seamless outfit) vs a rushed figure with more accessories. But we all collect differently

Its not like they use high end materials. At least with iron man figures you get some diecast which does help them to feel premium. I just feel maybe an alternative head sculpt, a quality base or something would make it much better value. just my opinion of course. Out of curiosity do Hot toys ever contact you for your imput?
Ok, I like the figure but it is poor in content and for the established price it doesn't have that value. I ordered it in September from Sideshow but it hasn't been shipped yet 😢

Sorry just not my vibe, I don’t want to turn the screen into a collage with images drawing your attention away from the figure, it’s just not my style.
The new headsculpt ALMOST made it a "go grab it now," piece for me, as I was on the fence before... but the cape attachment is just so glaringly ugly. I went back and looked at he original promo images of the figure in high res and zoomed in because I swore I remembered it looking like a pretty seamless transition from the bodysuit to the cape - turns out it looked smooth because they seem to have stopped the cape edge seam at the attachment point and just glued it onto the prototype in the images. Guess if I get her, I'll just have to watch out for bad viewing angles in my display.
Im surprised you haven't got your Batman Michael Keaton Flash figure yet because I've seen others have it and review it but I prefer your review. Thats if you bought that one but I would be shocked if you didn't lol
I have him, he arrived at the same time as bat fleck and supergirl. I see a few comments saying stuff like that but I can only film one figure at a time. I try to not go too hard the day after I shoot a 50 min video. Batfleck and the batcyle took a lot out of me. The idea of shooting Keaton with multiple heads and capes etc vs supergirl with just hands was daunting. Plus 2 batmen in a row. I'll be filming him on Monday. I'm only human after all, just had to recharge my batteries. I went to bed at 5:30 am the night I filmed and edited batfleck. That video was huge, the custom lighting setup etc took ages to setup in between shots!
