I enjoyed the dialogue for the most part. A bit annoyed at the American who sounded a bit ageist. James seems older than the group but he is a fun person. The first two you interviewed were more insightful about having crew member who is responsible, considerate, good communicator... not because they are young and love bars. American Expat living in England for 16 years years now. Enjoy the open mindedness on this side of the world.
considering how few young people are into boating, or rather, cant afford (time/ money) to be into boating, you are prone to not being able to afford the luxury to be ageist.there is a lot to learn from old boaters anyways. and they are usually quite entertaining at least.
Well done fellas, great leadership as you need to be up front & say those points!
Thanks!
Class tune lads

Where can you go to enlist as a crewmember? What if you’re a beginner?
You can join our Beginner Course: sailingvirgins.com/courses/beginner-course/

Oh, that sailing Frenchman 😉
Hey, what service is out there connecting these people together who aren't skippers to find a crew and a boat with skipper?
It sounded like they found each other then found a boat.
You can do a sailing course; you meet people there. Then there are quite a few crewfinder websites. Like at least 3-4. Check them out!
there are several pages online, ie findacrew
I would also want to know those take safety seriously. One maverick on the boat can ruin the experience for all.
Aileen please come and join my crew :) haha
siiiimmmmpppppp
You blokes need more hot female crew members...LOL
wahmen ruin everything. male friendships too of course. ask the sv delos guy.
