Great GREAT video. I've been using Dmond 5084 and 6084 in 2 different planes here in US. Love them. The contact at the manufacture in China said this new one had that Futaba chip thing. Apparently it doesn't. Don't care, still like them
Nice test as usual...the servo uses less amp with lower Volt...strange.... but in that pricerange I rather go Blue Bird or AGFrc. Keep up the good work, brother!!
Thanks for this yes and review! I've been watching for you to test this servo and really appreciate it! Looks like a servo I'll be trying out! Curious if you'll be reviewing the Flysky Noble Pro??
Great content. Thanks. I have a wish/suggestion for the audio in your videos. Turn the intro volume a bit down (the base hammers through my speakers pretty violently) and turn the speaking part a bit higher :-) (compared to the other videos I watch it's a bit to low) Cheers
I had removed electronic from dmond mean removed as far as potentiometer cables allowed me. And yeah I have same opinion, they by far coreless not brushless. I had to open mine becaause it got water inside, I cleaned PCB with IPA cleaner and resolder some joints on motor and chips which operate motor and it started working again! Also had to replace small bearings 6x10x2,5 inside and regreased it. Firstly it was killing my 3S Baja Rey now this servo is killing my Mojave 6S it's epic servo for it's price really.
Yeh for the price there great, also coreless is faster to respond to input and less heat so coreless is not a bad thing just wish the marketing team knew the difference lol
If you check my servo playlist I have just reviewed the race star Red servo there the same factory that makes them all they are actually brushless but not as powerful, I did order a red dmond but royal mail sent it back without trying to deliver :(
This testing is kinda pointless all it shows is out of the box performance with minimal if any real usage put to it, go bash with for a few days then test it again that would be what matters to RC people.
The vid isn't pointless as many of the manufacturer's claim torque numbers that just ain't true this test shows exactly what a servo will do in an RC, that said I didn't make you watch it lol That servo is still running fine in the losi LMT and it takes some hammer in that with the large wheels :)

Yeh i wish they would stop with the fake claims the servos are good as they are just be honest about how they advertise them :)

I just like testing different servos always good to have a choice and having the facts helps ya make a good choice :)

The audio level is set in resolve to the same level but it messes with it when RUclips encodes it :( I keep trying different levels

Looking at ordering the 45kg version. Think I’ll give it a try after your review. Thank you.
Yeh for the price there not bad at all
can you explain about all dimension about this servo ?
It's just a standard size servo, it's fits in the arrma 6s exb kraton, losi LMT, xray xt8e no issues
How has this servo been for you in the Losi LMT? I've ordered one to upgrade over the RTR Spektrum Servo
Still running fine :)
I noticed theres a red cased version that there saying is WP, do you think thats only difference? for £40 + P&P they seem great
