Thanks for the detailed string change and information.
now it's not that intimidating to change my guitar strings :)

Thanks of the video. Very well explained. Have you done any change on the saddle? Mine has action a bit to high to my playing style. The other option would be a neck reset...I guess

I've never done any work on the saddle myself although, to lower its action, I do understand shaving the underneath may be required. I find acoustic maintenance to be a bit more fiddly and 'high stakes' than on electric guitars, haha. I would consider taking it to a luthier in those cases. Thanks for watching!

In the most important part of the video ( at 7:39 ) you had your hand in the way so I couldn't see what you did.

are the pins supposed to be loose ? mine on my gs mini are.

The pins shouldn't be loose, especially once you've tuned the strings back up. They will occasionally pop out when tuning back up but should tighten up as the string tension increasing from the tuning. I hope that answers your question.

Good instruction, but at the start your hand was in the way of our view ! Perhaps the camera should have been at the other end. Thanks, though..

Sorry about that! This RUclips thing is an on-going learning curve.
