I was in the Coast Guard for six years and the scariest things I ever saw was an orbital sander and a paintbrush.
Hahahaha
Ha
Shit I've got to go to sleep tonight! Why?
What is an orbital sander??
@@watertommyz Basically a machine that spins a disk of sandpaper to quickly smooth out surfaces.
Adding to my reasons of why I don’t like the ocean
The ocean is a haven for evil.
In turn, it just makes me more interested in the ocean. So many secrets hidden in the dark abyss of the midnight zone, most of which may never even be realized by humans within our lifetime. So mysterious. So fascinating.
"My friend was a Coast Guardsman in the United States Coast Guard as a Coast Guardsman in the U.S. Coast Guard"
I may be totally wrong here, but I'm gonna guess that your friend was in the coast guard?
He told me telling stories of some stories that were very telling when he told them to me.
My friend guarded the coast as a Coast Guardsman in the United States Coast Guard
@@bryanwyall6604 I think you meant U.S CoastGuard*
I know lol
I’ve got a sinking feeling about this
😑😑😑
It was a splash
My feeling of dread is Titanic.
wow, just wow.
Punny XD
Soo.. The sandbars are pretty much "the stairs" from forest service search an rescue stories? Interesting
My thoughts exactly
They are actually featured in the Life of Pi
Ah I see you are also aware of the awful stairs
literally my first thought too
Yup! Man, I miss those types of stories...
Alrighty, when you talked about the guy seeing stone monoliths in the distance and getting headaches when looking at them, I was just like "oh no. That poor lad discovered Ril'yeh. Someone's going to get eaten by Cthulhu soon"😂😂
I listen to these everynight before I go to bed. This morning my dad told me he got up to pee at 3am and my "spooky noodles" scared him🤣😭💀💀💀
Lol
Now I want them to be called "Spoky Noodles". LOL! 🤣🤣🤣
Oh my dad thinks I'm planning something with all these creepy pastas xD
I do this too it helps me sleep my boyfriend thinks I’m a werido 😂😂
I call em Haunted Spaghetti lol
Creepypastas told through the eyes of military personnel have to be my favorites. These trained and well equipped men and women being met with something conventional combat normally doesn't solve.
I've found that enough ordinance will solve any problem. Conventional or not.
@@krauthammer8274 or atleast make it quiet long enough to become someone else's issue
I love these types of stories where there are multiple little stories like the rescue guy with the stairs. Does anyone know of any other creepy pastas similar to this?
The Solider. It's 5 hours but you'll love it. Done by Creepy Ghost Stories. Has one large story in the begining (around 3 hours I think) and then the other 2 hours are smaller related stories.
Can't help with that, but will second/(third) that request. Corpse Husbands search and rescue was the video that got me into RUclips creepypastas and nosleep stuff. I think this video is closest I've seen to that style. Would love to see more collections of themed short stories, mixing in the sad/mundane, and mysterious but believable, with the paranormal stuff .
Confessions of a deep sea diver is a good one
My favorite of all time is tales from the gas station read by mr creepy pasta. Lots of weird and scary stuff with really good humor throughout.
There's a couple cop ones and 2 different military ones off the top of my mind ... if you click the channel and go to the playlist sometimes they are grouped by themes that's how I found the ones I listened to.
Thumbnail reminds me of a Goosebumps book cover called “Curse of Camp Cold Lake”
Read that in like 4th grade 😂
I love me some goosebumps
i thought it was nezuko from demon slayer but a proper demon
Ikr
Ooh, I remember that one. The cover was a girl with like, a partly skull face, right? That was a good story 👌
The story about the little girl found on a raft after her whole family was murdered sounds exactly like the story of Terry Jo, minus the part about chubby dolphins.
And wasn't that like 50yrs ago?this made it sound recent and semi stolen and changed...idk just a thought.
It's basically the same.
Ya
Actually she told that pack of porpoises kept her company.
Yeah, when I heard this story I knew it was 100% true cause I heard it on a true crime podcast. Sometimes reality is much scarier than fiction.
I love all of these stories. Listening to them in the dark of night hits different
Yea at night they knock my ass out🤣
The night is dark and full of tales
You know nothing Jon Snow......erm, sorry Kyle!😀
5 years later and I still click on your videos as soon as I see them. 💜
Currently working my way back through his whole portfolio on spotify. Has the narration quality remained consistent over the years?
@@stannisbaratheon6637 I would say so if not even better now, currently rewatching him after taking a break and it feels oddly more mature/better than when I first listened years ago😁
I found him 2 years ago and same good listening
14:05 stairs reference from "I'm a Search and Rescue Officer for the US Forest Service." most notably nararated by Corpse Husband.
Glad someone else caught that!
I heard Terrifying Truths narrate the Search and Rescue stories before Corpse Husband. CH is awesome but I actually enjoyed Terrifying Truths' narrations a bit more.
That was the series that got me into Creepypastas.

This entire thing seems layed out oddly similar to the search and rescue stories. Allot of inspiration?
@@knifelover73 yee, feels like a big rip off and i couldnt stand more then 20 minutes. all the seperate stories was just remade with different words but was basicly the same thing
I love listening to his stories at night till I fall asleep :)
Do you also listen to Dark Sonium? His stories last for hourss
You need to do more. Scary ocean stories, I love these stories way more than the usual creepy pasta stories, something about ghost & creatures from the sea are so much more interesting to listen to than the usual land based stories.
This one reminds me of the national parks 411 missing stories and the sightings.
Great story keep up the great narrations. 👍👍
I love these. I never go in the ocean - but I love hearing stories about creepy stuff that could lurk in there.
I don't mess with forests alone and now I'm sure as hell not going to oceans alone
Me too! Ocean/water stories freak me out...the one about the animatronic in the pond got to me despite how weird it was...i think I've got submechaniphobia lol
and this is why I only go as deep as my bathtub 😏
Big mood
damn
Same
Still too deep my dude
Don't fall asleep in a bathtub. The elementals can still reach you there.
Thank you for another hour of you’re time we all appreciate it 🙂
CreepsMcPasta version: My friend worked for the queen’s navy
It's actually HMS Navy, and we do have a coastguard in the UK!
@@mummymorag2168 It's actually called Her royal lizard queens battle ships
@@klash2259 LMAO 😂😂😂
Oi! It's actually M'ladies Royal Floaty Boats!
Imagine how crazy the person's life would be if every single story on this channel linked to 1 guy lol his life would be a horror movie every day 😅😂😂
I remember one comment that said that he was showing his sister and she thought that all of them happened to the same guy creepsmcpastas 😂😂

He said how he almost drowned because a mermaid...
Thats what you get for trying to be freaky with a mermaid
@@DemonCreep I approve.
Guarantee the girls in the marine kingdom. People's ignorance to it is there ultimate power!
When he said that there was no stairs on the ocean floor I realized I have listened to too many of these
I mean, there is a logical explanation for seeing large structures out in the distance when you're on the ocean. It's called a 'fata morgana', and it's a type of mirage.
Excellent! A new opportunity to listen just as I ended my work day.
Me, Captain Star and the Star Fleet saw it as well. None of us died.
Me either
I love Star Fleet.
Huh?
"I was a swim instructor, my best friend worked for the U.S. Coast Guard"
Teacher at school: "Kids, pick the swim instructor job, you'll live longer"
Love the long ones.
Your narrations have had a large impact on my life, thanks for another great one. :]
I love sea and forest and space stories. I need more of these
The fact that he died breaks my heartt
I wouldn't want anyone to captain my boat who couldn't look at the sky and tell east from west
As a roofer I don't want anyone on my roof that can't tell either!! Plus fuck the ocean, you wouldn't catch me dead on a boat or near the ocean!! Rather go sky diving 😂
Weast.
The artwork appears to have been inspired by the cover art for the Goosebumps book: The Curse of Camp Cold Lake. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was deliberate fanart. It’s really good and creepy.
Update: I just looked at the source in the description and it wasn’t supposed to be fanart, but it looks heavily inspired by it.
34:29 This is a true story, and the girl was Terry Joe.
Recently got back onto you and now I'm obsessed, I listen at work (I'm not supposed to have earphones in but I do)
For some reason the creepy stories settle me and let my mind rest for my 12 hour shifts
Been fiending for stories of the deep, rescue, water etc. Thank you!
Sounded like the Coast Guard version of all the Forest Ranger stories. Sand bars sounded very similar to the stairs.
I would believe in the sandbars in an ocean more than stairs just appearing in the woods.
Keep up the great work bro. I do alot of riding n most time I just turn on yhur playlist n don't check the 📱 again always a great time listening
Oh god 😂 the thumbnail scared me
Love the longer posts!!!
I love these kind of stories that are stories within a story also what's that ambient song that you use alot I've been looking for that song forever.
One hour sea stories this is great!
The story at 33:46 is based on a real life murder. The captain murdered his wife who apparently was cheating on him or had found him cheating/doing illegal things, then the parents and one kid. He left the girl alive to drown, and she managed to get on a life raft. It had emergency rations, which was how she survived. The captain did indeed kill himself when he heard she'd been found.
Omg I just saw a video on that yesterday!! Infographics I think!
There was a stairs reference in this one- I know I listened to "I'm a search and rescue officer" more than once, but I can never seem to remember exactly what the stairs *do* that makes them so dangerous.
The fact that these are the nautical version of the search and rescue officer stories really butters my biscuit.
Just got in the house from the beach lol. Great story to kick back and chill to. 🍹bottoms up.
@Tryin to Live
Hey there, just had to ask do you live by a beach or are you on holiday? ?..saying you just got back from the beach..I used to live by the beach & I loved it,wish I still did.
Hope you are well, takecare xxxx
This was very interesting I enjoy it
The sea one's are always scary. Thanks for the story xxx
This was excellent
Very interesting series! I hope there'll be more after all :)
The most unbelievable thing about these stories is the concept that anyone grows up with dreams of joining the Puddle Pirates. 😄
Better and better these stories get yess
The thumbnail is really spooky
I was in the Coast Guard and mainly experienced paint and a LOT of birdshit except for three extremely scary, strange and one very sad.
Water will take you away and nobody will ever see you again. Gone. Respect and watch her at all times cause she doesn't respect you at all
All this cloak and dagger is hilarious. XD My husband would come home from months on patrol and be like - "We saw ocean. And fish. Lots of fish. And some ice. Where's the pizza?" XD
oof I keep coming across your outraged posts, you realize these are just scary story's right and not reality?
Lol
WE NEED CGI (GOOD CGI!!) OF THESE STORIES !!
Or animated stoires, like they do for SCP's! 😀
A story within a story
Abe? Aren't you supposed to be dead 😃?
I literally got an add for the coast guard
I don't know about anyone else, but I base my life off science, so it can be hard for me to enjoy horror stories with inaccuracies or when it says "all that science stuff". I don't have a problem with fiction or fantasy though. Anyone else have the same issue?
You seem to have an issue with suspension of disbelief. Horror is most often based off of the unexpected or unexplainable, you kinda have to deal with it unless you like true crime-esque horror exclusively
47:07 was *terrifying* That buzzing noise...I thought it was coming from my computer at first!
I don’t remember asking if you were early.
🤣 So passive aggressive gosh damn!
Darn it! An hour late Creeps! Sigh. Was cooking lunch for my 90yr old grandpa. Listening now tho!☺
Don't scare you grandpa to death! That's sweet of you to take care of him. Does he appreciate his time with you or is he scared to death of the girl who listens to the spoopy noodles?
I love spooky stuff
This guy is building a whole monster pantheon lol
The part about the guy who killed the family on his boat is actually from a real murder that haopened with some embellished details
Glad someone else caught that one.
I’ll be honest I listen every night and tonight I listened halfway needed water but We’ve had a power cut I listened to a couple of these and I honestly couldn’t help shit my pants 😂😂
im just over here watching this with thalassophobia 😃 don’t tell my therapist
The story about the girl floating on a raft sounds like it’s based on a girl name terry and her family. Her family was murdered on a trip to the Bahamas
Holy shit so many long stories. I love it!!!
Creeps! I’m back after 2 years of being busy I missed your channel :)
“...electromagetic fields or some other science stuff....”
Some proper quality writing that, me hearties.
Aarrrrr-harrr !!! I be a pirate....’n’ shit.
In fact, wasn’t that one of Lovecraft’s oft coined expressions ?
“Some other science stuff I don’t understand...”
Being rather a manifest pedant I confess I ought to fall on my sword over my spelling of “electromagetic”
Dammit !!!
@@popevimtoripkeefhappysackXXX LMAO 😂😂😂
That video with the U.S CoastGuard Team hopping on to a submarine in the middle of the ocean and stoppin drug smugglers... 👌✊👍
Oh yay time to be more scared of the ocean
And people wonder why I hate the ocean, and open water in general.
I feel that!!
No, there wouldn't be orca carcasses XD Has this guy even seen an orca pod attack sharks? Look it up.
are you really scoffing at creepy pasta logic lol
Orcas go after sharks for their fatty livers, and unlike most species of shark live in structured pods that help each other out. Sharks know to fear orcas and would most likely try to flee rather than attack, hence no orca carcasses
@@majanilsson3848 wow so interesting, good thing we are listening to a creepy pasta and not a documentary lol

"Some Science Thing"
Please another mermaid pasta! :D
I am in the Coast Guard Auxiliary. So I am interested in this!
In old Nordic legends there was a monster, the Hafgufa, that was so large, and with vegetation on its back, that sailors would confuse it for an island. When they walked on it, it would submerge and drown them all, leaving a whirlpool behind large enough to bring the ship down as well. I think somewhere along the line, Hafgufa became Kraken? Not so certain of the history. But that’s what I think the sand bars are.
I need a part 2 so bad
Man I'm sorry to hear about Owen ☹️
I love the stairs reference
I'm already scared of the ocean, but this pushes it man
Dagon and the Deep Ones?
44:38 Sounded like "Bruh"
Interesting stories...the ocean holds many mysteries
I binge these stories
Hi creepsmcpasta
What about using an underwater camera to see what's under the water of the RSB's, or a drone to see them from above?
I'd be curious to know too.
You'r voice is perfect for this
Sorry I have can't help myself. Orcas, Killer Whales, live and hunt in packs, or family pods. They are giant swimings wolves. In other words. FUCKING AWESOME!!!
Anyone else half expect him to say that these sandbars had weird sets of stairs on them?
ah. He just brought it up. Guess other people did expect that.
🖤❤️
Sounds like those sandbars are the seacarpet. Weird.
The story that ended at 36:42 (not sure when it started, sorry)…that's based on a true story. I heard the real-life version from RUclipsr LazyMasquerade, he's like CreepsMcPasta except he mostly sticks to compilations of true stories, old myths, and urban legends. Pretty much everything except the "chubby dolphins" part is true to life.
Search and Rescue: Water Edition. Less creepy stairs, more creepy sandbars.
The little girl story is totally true. Her name was Terry Jo Duperrault and she was only eleven at the time when her family was killed and she was found on the inflatable raft. Its a horrible story tbh because the captain was apparently killing people on his boat and wrecking the boat for the insurance money.
❤️❤️❤️
Parents... motorboat...
