Rice falls in love with a business executive's daughter (Sharon Farrell) who gives him an ultimatum of either leaving the Marine Corps or breaking off the relationship.
Great episode with only a few continuity errors; the C-130 taking off, albeit a propjet has a jet fighter sound to it; other C-130 engine noise starting up and taking off is that of a radial engine. Audiences back then weren't quite so finicky as today....
We had a mount out when I was with 1st Tanks Camp Pendleton in 1982. Guys were throwing up, spazin out just plain running scared. A lot of the gung/ho went right out the window. I remember bolting on the fording gear to the tank and talking to my Sgt chatting about the novelty of it. I was only 19 .
Love the videos of the Ontos!
Had a neighbor who was a 2nd Lt. acted and looked just like Lockwood in this show! A great guy and a hero!
Another good one, these are well written episodes. Thanks for the upload!
The jeweler is the voice of George Jetson.
