Starlink primarily uses Google maps for its address..so for the guys in the rural areas, add your address on Google maps,give it a few days and your starlink order you will be fine🎉
A bunch of residents in my neighborhood just decided to put money together in order to get a Starlink and they share the payments while they charge the other resident in order to keep up with expense for the service they are never going back to other providers!

I work out of Bulawayo most of the year in rural areas, if I buy Starlink with my rural area address. Can I change address & use it in Bulawayo during DECEMBER holidays. & then go back to my rural address in Rural areas.
The one thing space doesn't need bro is more starlink satellites. But this is interesting to see considering how Zimbabweans complain about money. Also in regards to online gaming, I think starlink is the only route. The amount of times I get kicked from an online session losing tones of progress is frustrating

It's not a technical error, they have a specific number of satellites that works in every 350km2 , and if that number is reached then it will be full capacity, until they add more satellites
I don’t understand why exactly someone would ‘struggle’ in the rural areas because of a lack of address. You can use gps coordinates, just siting your rural location on the map! Delivery addresses are different, but one can use any other address even a friend or relative where DHL can easily deliver

For those in the rural areas u simply use a delivery address where the kit will be sent, then there the address where you are using the device. Example: u can select the area in Zvimba or Nkayi on Google maps where you are going to use it, but have the kit delivered in Bulawayo, Gweru, Harare address.
I think the other factor is that our service providers do not offer fibre/wimax services in some areas so we were just on the edge for service. I used to stay in Meyrick Park, had Liquid/Zol fibre, moved to Park Town, zilch! There has been "head room" to connect me for 4yrs now. What do you expect when you find a kit for 350 for $50/mo?
That other issue you raised about people not being able to ask their friends or families in smaller towns that are outside Harare,my question is can you not bypass that by using a VPN and get connected to any server in the world since your ip address could be displayed as any other country in the world coz you will be getting your services via a VPN and should solve any geo-blocking issues and its a question that l am asking and need your thoughts as long as everything is done within the guidelines of the provisions of POTAZ and any other relevant authorities and laws.😊thank you for your assistance in this regard.😊

Although they have 400m people, Starlink is used by a relatively small fraction of their population who are usually away from conjested urban areas that the satellite will need to cover.

You see, since they are an American company they have most satellites in the direct line of sight above their continent unlike in Africa where we're "second preference", service prioritization is at play here. Do you have to launch more satellites and position them in our country's orbit. So I understand them, totally
