It's the framing I think. Each time I come into a new articulate video there's a completed set that doesn't feel overdone. Everything placed just so, so it draws the eyes and makes you feel more immersed within the world. Beyond all expectations just as the articulate brand naturally gives!
I love when you do fancy roleplays. I have some suggestions: a interior designer, Mr Darcy, a history professor, where you could do themed episodes like touring a palace.
Been soooo hoping you’d do one of these 🙏🏼 the first video I ever saw of you was the wine tasting and you’ve been my favourite asmrtist ever since! Would love to see a reboot of that one! Keep up the great work, Matt 🙂
Perfect timing for another one of these. LOVE the sales videos. Thanks for another great one Matt! Instant classic! Take care and love to your beautiful cat!
You always deliver these Sales Consultant scenarios superbly. There is so much passion and enthusiasm for the product in your voice which helps deliver such a fantastic sales pitch every time. Just listening to you talk about the cologne/perfume descriptors was not only fascinating, but such a relaxing experience and perfect to end the day on. Thank you for this evening’s video which a really enjoyed…and learnt something from too. Have a great week.🙂👏
I have been a fan of yours for over five years now and it is amazing to see just how far you have come, not just with your channel, but your personal life as well. So proud of you ❤️
Matt you are amazing!!! Thank you for making another one of these incredible videos. Like always informative and relaxing. P.S. you have excellent taste in cologne, those scents are phenomenal.
Matt, I truly enjoy your videos. I had a couple of ASMR creators that were my favorites. You quickly rose to the top of the list. Thank you for all the work you put into each video and I hope you continue to create ASMR videos for a long time.
Unneeded details about my life but due to some unknown combination of allergies and psychology I cannot be exposed to strongly scented items without experiencing something akin to Anaphylaxis. I often resent this part of my life as I am prohibited from an the best parts of an entire human sense. And because of that I love these perfume videos so much. They give me a sense of what I cannot know, and a feeling of normalcy in something totally abnormal in my life. So Thank you Matt, your content means a lot to me
@fumblebee5862 You may be allergic to alcohol my friend, it is not uncommon. I have an allergy to alcohol also. You'll have to use water based perfumes or alcohol free.
I'm not sure what time it is where your at right now, but it is 2:32pm where I am, when I was notified of your new post. Sooo that being said, it has reminded me it is a good time for a nap! Thank you, take care!
This was BEYOND fascinating for me. I worked for Le Labo when it was very early in its life, before it was bought by Ester Lauder. Hearing you describe Santal 33 felt so silly because it was described as fruity and tropical with coconut… when in fact it’s made with sandalwood, leather, and cardamom 😂 I’m curious to know if you were being silly or if you genuinely smell those tropical scents!! The olfactory sense is absolutely fascinating.
looool i was really just describing what I could smell! Though i noticed on the watch back that I double used one of the strips once, that might explain the weird scents :D
@@ArticulateDesignASMR I love that!! It’s a very unique fragrance and I actually quite like that you had your own experience with it. Although hearing that the strip may have been double used makes a lot more sense 😂
Estée Lauder ruins every perfume house they buy. They ruined Tom Ford, weakened and cheapened the ingredients. Same with Santal 33. Week garbage now. And Aventus is also a weak version of what it was. So sad. Le Male is nothing of what it was. I don’t like La Male but I heard many perfume reviewers say it’s garbage now.
Matt, I had to hammer out a paper for Uni and this was a godsend. THis is honestly brilliant to work to, just as calming background noise! Thank you sm!
Matt is back at it again! Giving us yet another perfectly curated video that gives us all the perfect tingles we need! The quality, as always is too notch! Thank you matt
This was such a cool video. I would love to do something like this in person. I'm a cologne lover and having this one on one type of sit down and walking through each scent is so relaxing and fun for a guy that likes to smell nice lol
Lol this is the first time I've seen you take creative liberties with the script. The stuff you made up still sounds legit. Also, dope that you got Santal 33
I can’t wait for the advent of Smell-O-Vision. That would REALLY be a Boon to the ASMR Biz. Although, when it comes to Roleplays by Matt, and his descriptive prowess, I can honestly almost smell the scent, through my phone screen (even if I have never actually smelled them before). I have a vivid imagination. 😉 🤷♂️
JPG le male and Sauvage are my favourites too Matt. I love wearing both, hope that isn’t emasculating? I much prefer Woody and spicy scents and so typically have to look at colognes (they always over sweeten perfumes, even those with these notes). Love love love this video thank you so much
Dude, as always impeccable quality production. Many so called fragcom connoisseurs may disagree with JPG Le Male, but I absolutely agree with you - Le Male will always be top notch, and at the price it should be an absolute staple in any man's arsenal. I do recommend you try Bleu de Channel Perfume - it is light as a cool spring morning.
Your videos are just getting better and better. You should be very proud and honored for your videos and fans. The ASMR community is very female dominated. Because of you, many male ASMR channels are coming up and becoming popular, because of you! Thank you Matt!
Sales videos are the best. A pen salesman video could work. Show some cheap ones to start off with, then get to some decent office pens, and then do a few of those really ornate custom ones. Lots of good tapping, writing, paper sound opportunities in there.
My fave men's scent is Fahrenheit. Love it. It reminds me of the smell of my Dad's freshly dry cleaned Navy uniform shirts. The dry cleaner Dad went to put a pleasant scent in their cleaning fluid. Fahrenheit is the closest smell to it. One of my fave perfume makers is Este Lauder. Their scents just work with my body chemistry. And Beautiful and Pleasures suit me the best.
It's hard to make maps of scents, but the Aslian people of Malaysia have done a very good job. They put all smells into 12 categories. The main profile of smells is along the "pleasant vs unpleasant", "wet vs dry" and "meaty vs fruity" spectrums. I don't know a nice way to divide the other 6 smells. But you offer some great tips! With so many ASMR videos like this laypeople can eventually map the entire range of scents and compare their result with experts.
@@hellawavyy7784 hmmm... you can go a few ways there. You could buy something like the new aqua di gio edp that came out, but you'll have to pay retail for that. You could get multiple mid range like chrome extreme, dylan blue, or versace eau fraiche. If your looking around 200ish, You can buy pdm Percival in that range and it's very good. Also depends if you want more aquatic smell vs. Citrus etc

That Tom Ford is named Neroli Portofino.
