- Tonight we visit a personalized little drinks tasting roleplay that allows you the joys and comforts of a boutique bar, without having to deal with any of the people :D
I hope you find it relaxing and can listen while you're drifting off to sleep or maybe looking to relax while studying.
This will be the last video for a few weeks as Mrs Articulate and I will be flying back to Scotland to spend time with the family :D I really want to wish you a Merry Christmas and an amazing new year

ASMR is essentially a made up acronym (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response ) used to describe that tingly / buzzing feeling you may have experienced in your head or running down your spine. The sensation can be triggered by personal attention, tutorials, sounds etc. If you are discovering "ASMR" videos for the first time, their primary purpose is just to relax and almost always to send the listener to sleep.
I’m definitely using the “people can be great somewhere else” line 😂

I don't even drink much at all, but I get excited for these taste sessions. Even the post apocalyptic water session was so thematic and enthralling.

I'd love a video where Matt is our etiquette teacher- showing us how to set a table, to use different cutlery and glassware, etc.

that is what i thought. Also 2 other liquors my husband drinks regularly.
I'd love for you to do this as a private beer tasting at a brewery, where it's like a "journey through the spectrum of beer styles" to help someone discover the types of beers they like.
All beer is trash tho why would he waste his time.
Then we can buy the beers and follow along at home!

I used to go to this bar where they primarily serve special beers and drinks. One of them was La Chouffe. A friend of mine made it a habit to shout Chouffe Chouffe (like a Choo Choo train) to signal for the next round. Great times
If you're going rounds with Chouffe, you're going to have a fun night haha
@@misterajassamar239 we also drank Duvel and Brugse Zot. Both also being Belgian beers. It was a pretty fun time

The best parts of your videos to sleep to is the unbelievable places you may get to visit! I know you obviously have you set but on the lucky night where I drift off listen to your voice, I KNOW your face but as an example I continue to hear you but I'm somewhere TOTALLY ELSEWHERE!!! On this on you were a bartender in an empty bar on a spaceship and there was this HUGE window and we were just drifting through space!!! Like the bartender in the Chris Pratt movie "Passengers" but ASMR! Does anyone else travel to AMAZING locations when sleeping to Matt's ASMR, or is it just me?

As a former bartender, "shaking up" a Roku gin with nothing but ice, some lemon and lime juice, only to then resqueze the juice in the gin really threw me off :D
It's like someone is roleplaying a mathematician for an ASMR video but ends up writing "something + 0 = something" all over the board :D
This is definitely my favorite recurring “scenario” outside of the Alchemist videos. Hopefully there’s a part 3 at some point down the road.

The backdrop is the ‘The View Lounge’ @ the ‘Marriott Marquis’ hotel down the street from me here in San Francisco. It’s a beautiful place to check out if any of you ever visit. 🥰 That faint vertical line way on the hill back there is Sutro Tower. It looks like the trident from the Little Mermaid. As usual this man sure knows how to calm me down after a long day. 😊 Cheers

I have a theory. If you have a vocation where interacting with others is prominent then you are more likely to want solace and if you have a very 😊isolating job you enjoy interacting with others more. Which makes perfect sense and is necessary to get balance. Small talk if done well goes a long way sometimes.
