I saw myself when I was watching this amazing film. I bursted out crying the first time I watched this film. I mean, the first time. And for the next like ten times I kept felt the pain, the courage, the depsperation, the helplessness, the willpower of changing amid all the characters; eventually, I got a feeling of relief. I feel like I am not alone to some extent cuz along the line of lives we all face obstacles and all kinds of painful experiences.
We all suffocate at some point in our lives. But when the healing power within starts to push us forward, lives gonna be better off day by day. I call that healing power "the hero" within. After been through those truamatic moments, we will be grateful to the "the hero" who once saved our lives. Everyone can be a hero, be a everyday hero. Be your hero!
Once again, much appreciation to the director Bing and his friends, you all inspired and empowered the hero within me. It all comes down to saving yourself by yourself.

This documentary is amazing. I watched it a few days ago. If you were hit as a kid you need this movie. If you like skateboarding it's even better.

I've surfed for 40 years, i now wished i would have skated instead, at least they have a brotherhood. At 64 i skate most every night in my backyard skatepark but being good would be amazing?

Thanks for sharing, Guy! It's amazing that you've been a surfer most of your life, and it's really cool that you skateboard at 64. We appreciate you stopping by and checking out this video.
