Nicely done! I am owned by 2 Mals and 1 Terv. They are work but fun and worth every effort. Mavis is gorgeous and is coming on a treat!

Thank you very much. I have never used a prong collar. I first teach leach pressure followed by luring with food. This creates the dogs desire to be in my space and to go into the chosen positions through positive reinforcement 😀

I am owned by 2 Malinois. My 8 month female in 2 days is giving me: I don't hear you. How many times a day and how long are your training sessions?

My training schedule is varied, as it depends on the work we have done for that week. Generally we would train once a day, this could be a short 10-15 minute session through to 3 x short sessions per day which may include: heel work, scent work and position work. Whilst out on our daily walks (we go out at least 2 x per day) my dogs will be under control during the required sections of the walk and completely free in other areas, which provides a nice balance of freedom vs control 😀
