  • Check out pro fighters Maureen Shea and Jake Brutal Bostwick as they go through a sport specific training session with performance coach Phil Daru.
    In this video, the fighters take on an uppercut on Proteus. This move is met with 3D Resistance throughout the entire movement allowing the athletes to practice a movement that will appear throughout the fight game.
    With the new VBT feature on Proteus, you can now select the velocity training zone you want your athlete to train in (Strength, Power, Speed, or a custom zone). After each rep, you can pause to see if your movement is falling within in the selected range 💪
    Fall below the selected range ➡️ Decrease your resistance on Proteus
    Go above the selected range ➡️ Increase your resistance on Proteus
    This feature is great when it comes to metabolic conditioning for fighters who need to be able to produce high levels of power for long durations throughout their fight!
