If there was a problem it would have been addressed in conversations before the trade went down so I dont think its a concern and if he is hanging back because of no guaranteed money risking injury is totally understandable he is a pro I dont believe there's a issue 5:01

@@mikedelape6609 Huff has had a much higher pressure rate, has improved every year (reddick showed signs of regression last year already), is 4 years younger, and never held out- even on the last year of his criminally undervalued udfa contract. Smh jets fans these days will rationalize anything to enjoy content and honestly it's getting pathetic. You don't have to overrate every move they make to be a fan fyi.

Matt, after picking up the 5th year options fir GW, Sauce and JJ , plus restructuring Q in 26 and taking taking AR's deadcap over 2 years. The Jets are in salary cap hell. You are looking at 75 million dollars of cap space with only , JJ, Q, Sauce, Fashamu, Mcdonald and GW on the roster as current starters. If you have 75 million in space for 12 starters and 5-7 bench player, you really want to extend Reddick?

OTA is voluntary, but training camp is mandatory. If he misses days at training camp, that is a big concern.

In hindsight, not signing huff to an extension was a mistake in the 2023 offseason. But again, nobody was saying to sign him then so it’s a retroactive talking point
