Sorry I just saw this. No I’ve had mine shut down and pile up the pellets only once in last 4 years of owning 2 different pit boss. If you keep it at 200, I’ve read others having issues like this. I always stay at 225 or higher for all my smokes. And I’m always on preset p4, as it came out of the box.
