I recommend giving the Mod an update where Sora's Hair and Outfit will change depending on which Form he's in, Similar to the Drive Forms from KH2 and Keyblade Forms in KH3

They should’ve introduced a Super Sora form in KH3. Sora transforms into this form when he’s imbued with the power of Kingdom Hearts itself.
That feels like a form reserved for a later KH game. Once Sora needs to go further beyond.

Literally what the final form and ultimate drive forms are.
We don’t even know what Kingdom Hearts actually IS, let alone how to derive power from it lol. Like we have many different ideas and beliefs about what KH is from various sources and characters but we never actually concretely learn what it is and what it does.

You know sometimes I wonder if a hidden reason for why Square designed KH3 on the Unreal Engine 4 while also making a PC port was because deep down, they knew the game would eventually get high quality custom content.

Dragon Ball is my favorite thing of all time, and I was certainly inspired by his works to become a writer. To me, this is the coolest mod I've ever seen for KH. I'm glad you're enjoying it! Rest in peace, Toriyama.

I wish I could put this mod on the console version. I never knew how much I just wanted to see Sora punch the organization until I saw this (and the animations a very cool).
When I fought the Young Xehanort data battle I had a Dragon Ball moment... we kept teleporting behind each other so fast the camera couldn't keep up, and we were effectively invisible for about five seconds of flashstepping

As a fan of both Dragon Ball and Kingdom hearts, this is really well done. Dragon Ball moves fit in neatly with Kingdom Hearts 3's combat.
This will be fun to play when KH finally goes to steam
Only thing that would make this better is to have Sora’s model change in each form to show the colored hair and to have actual dragon ball villains replace the org 13 with their own canonical movesets.
Akira Toriyama gave me the series I love more than all others, even KH (which is a lot to say) and he gave me so much inspiration and care for the small works I make for my friend in dnd, he’s influenced so much pop culture. He really was a special man and I hope he flies high and lives peacefully in the other world.
Rest in peace to one of the greatest and most influential mangakas of all time. He will be greatly missed, but his impact will live on forever.

I think the timing of Toriyama's passing hits harder in a way for those like me who were excited to get back into the games rather than just the anime after seeing the release of Sparking Zero. Seeing the new gameplay was definitely bittersweet. Other than watching it growing up and playing the OG games, I haven't been super big into the newer games and I wasn't too hyped for Daima, the new anime, either at first. I plan to at least give it a shot, especially as one of Toriyama's last projects. I just wish my timing wasn't so unfortunate. I hope whoever continues his legacy will honor and respect his art in a way that would make him proud.

His actual birthday was April 5th 1955 (5/4/1955 or 4/5/1955 for Americans)
This mod is incredibly full circle for kingdom hearts. Afterall, without dragon ball there'd be no dragon quest, without dragon quest there'd be no final fantasy, and without final fantasy there'd be no kingdom hearts
Toriyama will forever be missed DB has been a part of my life since I was 3 love to see these 2 worlds I love being mixed together . To any mod makers out there would love to see a Bleach mod for kh3 the way Zanpaktou function fits perfectly for the keyblade transformation system and you could even change magic into different kido spells

Unfortunately the original version of Critical Mix was removed by the author due to some really horrible online abuse 😔 As much as I’d love to revisit it, I’m not sure there’s anyway to access it anymore

tho I wish the forms were consecutive since they are largely similar with different strengths.
I imagine it working like formchanges but instead of only 2 stages (ex: Dark form > Double form) it would go up to all 9 stages! (Kaioken > SS >SS2 etc.) it would make it less OP while giving the weaker stages a purpose for a gradual power-up (tbh 9 stages is a lot so maybe cut them down to 5)
Interesting Sora's eyes turn green for SSJ, but not silver for UI. God went by to quickly to see it they turn red.

Seeing sora punch enemies is some type kh2 shit.
I know its not going to happen but since KH4 seems to start with a more realistic looking world, immediately following Sora basically unraveling himself with the power of waking, it aould be so cool if there was a moment of him actually fighting hand to hand. Or at least using a style thats not so slipshod as the one hes been using since he was a kid. Dont get me wrong i love the whole self taught part of him but when you put him in the same world as Cloud, Leon, Jack Sparrow. Is it too much to ask he pick up enough to be classified as an "okay" swordsman?

Awesome, but it's a bit of a downer that his hair doesn't change when he transforms as the hair changing is what makes a Super Saiyan transformation what it is visually at least.
