Actually, the last response I gave you was a mistake. I thought your question was about a differet video. So to answer your question: If the text is appropriate for the students then the strategies should be helpul. However, if the text is too high of a level, the strategies will not really be able to help. So when a student has an level-appropriate text, then the strategies should help.
