I'm so glad you're back! Thanks for sharing this, its so important we talk about these things. I've struggled with anxiety since my teens but I'm one of the lucky people that has a great support network around me, so many people feel like they have nobody to talk to or that they are a burden on their friends/family. I've recovered to a semi-'normal' metal state, I still have rough days but it was my family and friends that noticed and realised that I was struggling, they are the ones who got me professional help. Sometimes when you're so deep in anxiety and depression you don't even realise how bad it is. It is so important to tell your friends/family if you're struggling, or there are helplines in almost every country if you feel like you can't open up to someone you know.
I can't believe that doctor was so unprofessional, it's horrifying to think that he has treated other people that are depressed or could have been suicidal!
Anyway, I'm glad you're feeling better in yourself, thankyou for sharing your story with us. (Sorry for the essay)

Mental Health stories are really hard to share, I really dont think that at this point in my life I would be able to share my story online, Sharing your story definitely is not seeking attention. The stigma is one of the main reasons I do not think I cold share my story. Thank you for making this video.
