Everyone is right it would make a beautiful gift for a wedding shower. You could put the wedding invitation on the bottom facing out and the flowers on the top so the bride, but always have her wedding invitation.

It's awesome how the heart turned out. I was thinking next time maybe if you put a pearl-like bead in the centre of each flower how beautiful it would look
It would go with the pearl beading you put on the outside of the heart. It's pretty fabulous as is anyway I just love it

Get Don to make you a shelf with a handle. So when you are doing a deep pour project or any project that you want to be crystal clear with no bubbles in, you can use your pressure pot. I hope I'm making sense 😂 lots of artists cure their resin in their pressure pots.

I was so excited to come home from a family funeral to see this video. I took some pretty flowers and promised to try and make something for my cousins. They are real flowers though. I’ve seen a few videos that say to preserve them in silica sand first for a week or so before adding to resin. We’ll see what happens
Great idea! Be careful with the drying of those flowers, I’ve heard proper drying can take weeks and even months.

I have never had luck with arranging flowers either.
I do know that you got lucky. Pouring that resin so deep it will get really really hot and goes a slight yellow colour and the flowers inside will change colours. This is probably why the tip had no resin in it. As you said the bubbles are pretty much impossible to get out.
Thats why it is very important to use the correct resin for the job 😉

I used this mold to create a baby piece. It had the ultrasound picture & pregnancy test. I added in the name, time of birth etc. ❤❤❤

That is beautiful! the swimmer is wonderful too. I have a clock mold is deep like this mold, only made once because it is so deep.
Silvery white mica powder by let's resin is pretty close to that color. The heart turned out beautifully and I love the cross pendant! I'm excited to see the finished hands.

Nice job. I heard you mention that you didn't want to buy all of the colors, but you could probably color them yourself ahead of time with alcohol inks or markers. Just let it dry so that it doesn't run.

I have my silk wedding bouquet from 25 years ago recently took apart to preserve in resin but couldn't find a big enough mould the one you used would be perfect , now to hunt one down , yours turned out stunning

If you don't wanna see the back at all, you need to let the white layer cure and then add the flowers. That is gorgeous though!
I wanted the flowers to be embedded into that layer so they didn’t move.
Maybe use a little less white then add a thin layer of clear once the white has almost cured just to hold the flowers ?

Very beautiful, I would love getting that for Mother's Day. I have a question for you though. I am considering trying the blooms but was wondering if the shimmer dust would work in the ocean white for the petals. Have you tried it or has anyone? Thought it might be pretty once the petals have bloomed fully. Didn't know if it would show or if it would cause the petals to not bloom properly. Thanks!
The pigment would hide it. Maybe sprinkle it on after it’s bloomed.
