    At first I was stunned by the idea of altering the collar and shoulders, but lengthening the sleeve while hiding the previous buttonholes? That is something else. Incredible craftsmen.

    A good tailor is indispensable. I used to go to one at World Wide House when I was living in Hong Kong. Since moving back to NYC I'm still searching...any recommendations?
