You have to manually write a list of inputs (on the left side of the screen), and then a bot plays the inputs back.
In this case, R and L mean Right and Left, J and K mean jump, X and C mean dash and G means grab

Yeah you have to collect 6 red berries In a row. Since when you touch the ground for too long you collect the berry, it can be a bit hard to get one
