@@mad_titanthanos Steve dropped his shield at the end of civil war. Tony could have just thrown it where ever and called it a day. But he didn't. He kept the shield and worked on it to make it brand new. Before it had some battle damage on, like Black Panthers clawmarks, but when he gives it back, its fully restored. Meaning he kept it around and restored it, because he expected the day to come, when he can give it back as a gesture of friendship.

I think you wanna look a little closer into tony and clints relationship as well as Tony and Nats. The o6 are all friends. Nat has plenty screentime with Tony and saying they don't talk makes no sense. Clint is generally robbed off screentime in the mcu but I still see them as friends. Tony even teases clint after he gets shot in ultron and clint gets very angry with tony delivering a pretty low blow in CW. They all argue, tease each other and respect each other. What I think is special about steve and tonys relationship is the sort of split leadership. Tony understand politics and he has money. Steve is the moral compasd and has the ability to make people follow him to the end of the earth. Neither of them are really followers, they see the world in a very different way where tony is act first steve is reactive. They are both smart men in their own way with a huge amount of respect for each other but ultimately also very different people who are still friends.

This is good. It's just kinda sad that you did not mention Natasha's friendship with Cap and Ironman, not to mention Hawkeye.
If there is someone trying to preserve the Avengers as a family, it was Nat. It was referred to again and again both in Civil War and Endgame. The reason why Nat signed the Accords is for the family to be able to steer through the Lagos debacle and Sokovia accords issue with their hands still "on the wheel". She cared less on whether one side was right or wrong, that's not how she argued. She sided with Ironman, because like Ironman, she believed that by cooperating with the Accords could have helped them right whatever wrong they unintentionally had done so as to keep the family together. That was Ironman's motive too. When Cap was mourning for Peggy, Nat went to Cap, not to convince him to sign but to show that he wasn't alone. In the airport battle, she was even convincing Cap that he cannot fight his way through it. Realizing that Cap can't be made to change his mind, he helped Cap and Bucky escape. Then he confronted Ironman that maybe they handled things wrongly.
In Endgame, we see Nat acting as a leader among the remaining Avengers, while Cap was off somewhere advising people to move on (and I wonder why no one is speaking about this). When Cap arrived at the mansion, he told her that he was just visiting an old friend. She said that this is her family, this was all she got. Cap eventually took the leadership role again later when Scott told them about the possibility of time travel, and after finally admitting to Nat that they cannot move on.
Before Cap arrives, Nat was not only leading the remaining Avengers. She was also keeping track of the lost ones, as she asked Rhodey to continue monitoring where Barton is going to next.
Eventually, Nat died so that this family can continue with their mission "no matter what it takes" completing her story arc.
PS. In Avengers, we first see how Nat values "family" in the person of Barton. How she sees through another family in the person of Bruce in Age of Ultron, and how she develops loyalty and friendship with her "family" in Captain America: the Winter Soldier as she mourned for the dake death of Fury and became close with Steve.
Anyway, I hope you could make another video of Nat's friendships especially as the showing of Black Widow is somewhere around the corner.

I think they recognize each other as the biggest players on the field, and that's it. Tony wouldn't have cared about minor heroes rebelling, because they don't carry so much weight. They've been through a lot together and it brought them closer, true, but there're crucial differences in their worldview and beliefs which don't let them be close friends, respect is quite enough. They are like co-workers, pretty trusting at pivotal moments of work, but perfectly well without each other's company in real life. IMHO

Now we all know how much Tony likes to be in command of situations but he really liked Cap's mentality and considered someone really close and trustworthy therefore he decided that Cap should be the leader of Avengers.

no matter how much they argue nut the thing is that they care for each other and in the endgame when tony asks " you trust me ?" and rogers says "I DO", I was freaking happy seeing the relationship between these two. And about tony and thor's relationship, they do have a very good relationship they both teased each other and got a lot of screentime so, in turn, they are friends.
And lastly Cap and tony are the greatest characters offered by MCU!
The original six avengers always had the utmost respect from Fans.

What gives you the impression that Thor and Steve are friends? I would say that Thor definitely cares about the Avengers but I don't really see them as friends. Has he ever had a one on one conversation with any of them other than Bruce in Thor Ragnarok?
Steve and Nat - friends. Hawkeye and Nat - close friends. Bruce and Nat, friends - almost more than friends. Tony and Nat - friends. Bruce and Tony - friends. Tony and Peter - mentor/mentee friendship. Tony and Rhodey - Best friends. Steve and Sam - friends, Sam admires him. Steve and Bucky - basically brothers.
Tbh, its just Nat that is friends with everyone, personally. Except Thor, have they ever even spoken? I honestly don't really remember Thor talking to the Avengers much, in general. He only really sees them in the first Avengers and Avengers 2, he doesn't appear in other movies like the other characters do, and Hulk is the only one to appear in one of his movies.
Everyone else is really only seen spending time together in group settings. They are the kind of people that are in your friend group that you get along with in group settings but you never hang out with them outside of that. They all definitely care about each other but they don't spend time together. At least not on screen. (that i can remember, feel free to remind me or correct me) A lot of the relationships are built off screen. For example, Bruce and Natasha becoming romantically interested in each other happened some time before Age of Ultron. Natasha and Hawkeye were already close friends from Budapest.
People love the MCU because of the characters. All of the heroes are very likable and its just fun to see them interact. They do a great job of that. That's why the party scene in Age of Ultron, works so well. Its just fun to see these characters hang out.

Bruh and its annoying when people say that Tony and Nat aren't friends. They clearly are. She picked his side in civil war and they have that kind of friendship where you can insult your friend and they take it as a light hearted joke. They could joke around with each other. And shes arguably known Tony longer than shes known Steve. Literally any scene where they are together you can tell they have some kind of connection.

He may have still had lingering pain from it but he grew up and no longer showed uncontrolled anger because of that jealousy. As an audience member this was so satisfying as his pain was taken away, but only when he realized he didn’t need his dad’s specified love to become the man he was meant to be(though learning about that love for him was very special).

Pretty sure Natasha and Tony were friends and Natasha actually payed attention and comforted Tony through half of Civil War. That's why their final argument hurt so much. They both hit each other at their past wounds exactly where it hurt. Tony at Natasha's double agent and lying tendencies and saying that it defined her, and Natasha at Tony's ego and saying that it defined him. But look at how Natasha nodded at Tony when her, Steve and Scott went to ask for his help in Endgame, and Tony nodded back at her, and then just like that they had permission to enter. That implies that not only she has been there before, but they most likely patched up in the five years gap.

Tony's best friends are the ones he fights with the most. That's clear from his relationships with Pepper and Rhodey. All his life he's had people kissing up to him because of his wealth and privilege so when someone doesnt roll over - he'll fight just as hard for them as he will against them. To Tony, Steve is indeed one of his beat friends.
As for Cap, while he surely found Tony to be the embodiment of everything he saw as base humanity, Tony caused him to reassess his own biases and preconceptions by continually stepping up when the chips were down. This is what gave Cap the confidence to declare his trust in Tony without hesitation in spite of their many pointed differences in motivations and ideologies. Through Tony Steve has been able to find a friend that proves his American dream of being able to disagree with their opinions but always being of the same team. Hence the letter to Tony at the end of Civil War. Cap definitely prizes his friendship with Tony more than most realize.

    • @dreamiesnoona6423

I know! I think people somewhat refuse fo realise the subtle moments. There are moments which hint at Tony and Steve's reaction, response to each other as being significant. How they look towards each other when a dire situation comes because they are both co-leaders and in a way they trust each other, with their own lives. That is what people reduce to being a simple professional relation.Yet we also see Steve ask Tony about his personal life and Tony discuss his dream regarding life with Pepper. The fact that they seriously consider each other's conflicting opinion just speaks a lot about how much they value each other. Is it possible for one to change or appraise oneself for someone who isn't close to us? I could see the emotional weight of their bond even in their tension fraught moments. Especially in Civil War. Even though they were having a break with each other, you could see that they didn't exactly want to be on the opposite sides like that. Captain America looked exhausted because of the ordeal. Then there is Endgame where again we see that Tony hasn't really forgotten about Steve's betrayal and Steve Rogers does absorb all the pentup rage that Tony unloads on him. Steve didn't leave Tony's side for once. The fact is that they are the kind of friends who might clash in front but in absence of the other, you could see how much they care about each other. I think there is a depth to their friendship that most people are missing out on. Their friendship is not flat and simple. It has highs and lows that equally impactful. Opposed to each other, they could bring apart an entire team and lose while together, they could save the world. If that's not a strong friendship then what is.

Something I have wanted to point out is when Captain America says "Big man in a suit of armour. Take that off, what are you?". Well, take away Caps super serum and what is he? He's the same as Tony Stark without his suit. The only difference is, Tony Stark is a genius who worked for his suit and continues to work and improve it, whereas Steve was given his powers others without working for it.

  • @brucesnow7125
    @brucesnow7125 3 года назад +4

Let's not forget that despite their bickering, they both still learn from each other. When Steve calls out the fact that Tony mostly fought against enemies of his own making, it inspires Stark to be more selfless, which leads to his sacrifice. When Tony calls out Steve's immense trust of authority, Rogers starts questioning and distrusting authority more and more.
It doesn't stop there. Steve teaches Tony about importance of working together, being less self centered, which leads to Stark letting go of his ego. Tony teaches Steve about letting yourself be happy and importance of living a normal life, which leads to Steve finally letting go of a fight.
They might not show it much, but they clearly value each other immensely, to the point where they shaped each other's entire lives.
