Amazing woman. Bless her and her childrens soul in eternity ❤❤❤ One of the first victims of aids in norway was a child. His name was Odd Kaare Rabben he was 9 years when he needed blood transfusion and got hiv infested blood. Fortunately he didn't experiment any rejection from school mates ore teachers when he told he had it he got more friends and a support team. I am so happy for that 😊❤

These words could be spoken today about Trump's administration by any of the hundreds of thousands of Americans who have lost loved ones to, or survived with devastating symptoms of, the CORONAVIRUS. Republican administrations have been failing Americans for decades.

Trump had some magical cure but kept it to himself? You are just doing the same blame game as others here are doing with regard to AIDS. You don't like Trump, so therefor CORONAVIRUS is his fault. Others here didn't like Reagan, so AIDS is his fault.

I'm asexual, born in the nineties and this is 2024 but we need to be more responsible than ever! people still get HIV and treatment is not always affordable or efficient.
    take care people!

AIDS research and the funding needed fell on the deaf ears of Reagan and Bush Sr, because their conservative base was not supportive. If they had, the Medicinal 'Cocktail' would've come around in time to save Elizabeth and her daughter. 1996 was a pivotal year for AIDS drugs which slowed the onset and reversed T cell and blood count. My friend was really on his way out in 95 - and he lives today because of the drugs and is an active 67 year old man. Elizabeth passed in December of 94

So much education way could have saved lives. I was celebrate during this horiffic era, very protective off my Children. Had several friends, who did not,, due their life style, make it ! Otherwise, wonderful Brilliant caring people. At Paramount Studio, during a PETA Charity, met Magic Johnson, an extrodinary man, caring about other Human beings. Always there for others, and by the way so Monica Lavinsky. It's been awhile, I would like to think we learned. But the Two following generations, has had past history convienytly Bleached. Can't help but wonder, with Child Trafficking, sodomized at so called Occultist Ceromonies, just have far have we come as a Global Civilization?! And, how much is not Covid-19, but a continuation off past behavioral pandemics. Whish, there was more women, men , like them,, to keep the Light Burning.🇩🇰🇺🇸🦅🌅♥️

I find using her daughter illness as a political agenda to discredit a government she does not like very cheap. The fact that her daughter did not survie her illness has nothing to do with politics especially in this case if you are not amongst the poorest. I find the tactic totally unhonorable. And to put things in the right perspective, i do not vote so you cannot say that i am biased when i make the remark

She absolutely had a point. In the early years, the scientists and researchers at the CDC had their budgets cut by the Reagan administration despite clear indication of how many people were likely already infected. Had they not been hindered so much at every turn, we could have had a test for the blood supply sooner. We could have had treatments sooner. Thousands of lives could have been saved or prolonged.
