Reminds me of my childhood with Granpa teachin me how to catch bluegill 1st with a cane pole and then when the early zebco came out with one of those. He tried to show me a baitcaster but.. I would get excited and forget to keep my thumb lightly on the spool . Result Bird nest! So back to cane pole I went! lol. That was back in the late 50's & early 60's. Those were great times! Loved That Man of God, He was a Preacher of the Gospel for over 50 years. Be Blessed.
