  • Did you know that unlike the other P&O ships that would have 2 formal nights per week the P&O Arvia just has the 1.
    Our aim in this video is to bring you along and show you a typical celebration evening onboard the Arvia and show you what dining options there is for those of you wanting to dress up and for those of you who don't. The great thing about this ship is it gives you many choices for whatever it is you decide to do. We also show you some examples of what you could expect entertainment wise from the ship
    Hope you enjoy 😁

    Before covid gala night on P&O used to be much better, the captain and officers would be in the atrium with canapés and all sorts of drinks being handed out, rather than just getting a Prosecco voucher

    I was on a P&O cruise in 2019 ( Oceana), and when it was celebration night, the Captain made appearance in the main Atrium, and everyone gathered round, and he would do a speech! ⚓️🚢

    Respect people who eat in main dinning room! They enjoy more freedom for their meal! Eating where and in what way is just a choice but not a value judgement problem!

    Lucky to manage to see most of the shows in 710 club on our Arvia cruise . You always seem a little underwhelmed with the food and portion sizes in the main dining rooms on p&o ships . Luckily the Quays is always there for a TOP UP😂😂. Excellent Vlog as usual 👌

    Just got back 2 weeks arvia..was horrendous..booking restaurants doesnt work..too many people..cattle treated better..what was celebration night just people wandering around all dressed up no where to go...entertainment for 5 year olds run by 12 year olds..average age of passengers 75..thumping music everywhere just a horrible experience all around...staff where very good but miserable...not a dream cruise holiday...

    The 710 club might show as fully booked but if you keep checking during the day tickets will become available. You can also get added to a waitlist on the night about 30 minutes before and it’s likely you will get in.

      @OneCouplesAdventure  Год назад

      Hi we don't drink so have never had the drinks Packages, we always just pay every time we buy one. The best thing to do is just work out how much the drinks package per day is then google a menu and work it out how much it would cost buying separately and see if it's worth it 👍

    • @georgiewilkinson9436

    Great video! We prefer the Chef's Table menu, but aren't mad about being seated in the buffet, so probably wouldn't do it again. On the rest of the P&O fleet (not Iona/Arvia) they've started to bring back the speech from the Captain on Celebration night, we had one on Azura in February!

    Love the videos guys. We've been contemplating a P&O cruise as friends say they had a fab time on the Arviva in the Caribbean. Im so confused about when you can book a table/venue and virtual queues/physical queues/check the paper planner or via the app or walk away with a buzzer like at TGI Fridays...!!! Seems very disjointed.
    Never had this on Royal Caribbean or Princess. Love to know your thoughts on this.

    Hi, quick question about parking (sorry I know it’s not related to the vid). Did u have any issues with the multi story at west quay. Hv parked there overnight when staying at the hotel and thought about keeping it there for a cruise duration, but have been a bit worried about the safety and also if it’s getting full, as wouldn’t want to deprive locals of spaces. (That’s not a dig btw just trying to think big picture). Anyway, Any issues? Thanks very muchly 😊

      Hi we have personally had no issues with parking there but its obviously at your own risk and as much as we're happy to leave our car there its up to the individual
