I just want to say THANK YOU!! I made this today (chicken thighs cut up) and it was AMAZING! I couldn't find pumpkin or pumpkin soup mix so I put some canned pumpkin in with the chicken soup mix ... it worked lol.. This was quick and simple. I wanted soup so bad but the thought about ordering it "now" gave me anxiety. Great recipe...
