Ingredients :-
1 Cup - Raw Rice/Chawal
500Gm - Lauki
3/4 Cup/200Ml - Water
1/4 Cup - Coriander Leaves
1 Green Chilli
1 Inch - Ginger
3-4 Garlic Cloves
Salt To taste
Onion
Carrot
Coriander Leaves
For Tadka:-
1 Tsp - Oil
5-6 Curry Leaves
1/2 Tsp - Cumin
1 Pinch - Hing
1 Tsp - Oil
