Man I love this switch up....I grew up chasing browns, cutties, dollies ,bows and brookies.....I witnessed one of the largest browns I'd ever seen 25# on the snake river below American falls reservoir.... moved to Oregon in the late 80s and been chasing steelhead and salmon since ....I appreciate this video

Lake Ontario has some monster browns too, especially in The Niagara River. My PB is only 15lbs, but one of my buddies got a 26lber in Queenston from the bank. I got mine in The Whirlpool. Another couple of great places for browns are Port Dalhousie and Bronte Creek. May not be the biggest around at these last two places, but there's plenty around to catch in the 7-10lb range.

I can’t believe you got him to hit that spinner in such cold weather 😂 they usually barely move 3 inches in the cold. I knew you’d get a coho like that too. They hang out in our streams for a while into the winter and smack everything that gets too close.

I used to slay huge browns in the harbors of Chicago.....every late fall early winter.....hate the cold on the lake trolling the harbors throwing spinners around star docks but browns and steelies are worth it.
Now that the border is open again , Saskatchewan has a lake that has world record rainbow Trout , Defienbaker lake , And for Brown Trout if You consider Vancouver Island as part of the Northwest there is a river that holds good size Brown Trout , it is called the Cowichan River some RUclips blogs on it

You should see some of the NY brown trout, absolute monsters.
