I'm using this and it's great so far. I have pricing for different quantities of paper, plastic, cardboard, and metallics. But I had to make four different tables for if the customer wants the material with a gloss, matte lamination, varnish, or no lamination. I imagine there has to be a function to consolidate these four charts. I think you ended the video saying this will be the next concept. I'm a complete newbie trying to understand this stuff. is is possible to open another file and look at the quantity column in that file and then insert the number in the template. Instead of choosing a random number how could get 2nd file to send the actual quantity . I get a csv from supplier and the amounts change daily. so i need a way to open the ebay template after downloading. Then open my provided quantity sheet. Compare the sku and add to the right item id. This would allow me to zero out items that are out of stock. Also, the sku will be missing from my quantity sheet instead of being a 0. I know this is confusing. Ive been trying to figure out how to do this for weeks sadly.
I have been doing and teaching two lookup for decades, and it is fine to do it either way. For mean as an Excel solution creator, I like VLOOKUP and MATCH because I get to call only two functions and it takes less time to type. As a teacher, since VLOOKUP is the in the top five all time most used functions, it is an easy way to easy into a second lookup function. Lastly, because the execution time is about the same, I prefer VLOOKUP and INDEX. But again, either is fine.

I do not have an HLOOKUP video with two way lookup, becasue uses for HLOOKUP are so rare. If you have a good example, explain it to me and maybe ai can make a video.
So, i don't have a specific example, but what i was thinking is if your "match array" with labels is in the first column rather than top row, then HLOOKUP instead of VLOOKUP would apply, right?

Heyy. The formula of Match function gives an error. Is there alternative for the same.
