Any and all free time I've had during this most recent Final Project, has gone into this. Tough song, tough way goin' about it... hopefully it makes for an equally solid Ponybeat. :3
With that in mind, this may be the last Super Ponybeat I do this month. Even though I figured this wouldn't even come out this month, I'm surprised at what I've been able to churn out in the short amount of time I've had. However, this has not made the rest of my projects and finals go away, so I will need to use this time to apply myself to them.
Is this the last song I'll make for Vol. 1? It's certainly the last track on the album, but not the last one that will be made. ;3

I watched a Luna Game 3 video as a kid and now I feel subtle sense of dread whenever I listen to this, especially during the Rarity part where it slows down

fun times.. I like especially that this song was probably always meant to feel and evoke a nostalgic feeling, it for some reason brings back some memories of that last time you had fun with our peers in our youth.

This is Eurobeat music! Your best bet is the Super Eurobeat series or anything from Initial D (usually still SEB-related), but there's plenty to be found here on YT.
This song always reminds me of the day the season finale of this show aired. For the weeks to come, everypony was so filled with the spirit of friendship that a total of 48 speeches (49?) were given and in that, we expressed the TRUE beauty that IS the magic of friendship.

@VTwinty Eurobeat is traditionally made in Italy for Japanese consumption. It evolved from Italo Disco... which came from Disco (which came from USA's Motown).

@jstudios98 They own the whole copyrights to their works. These are remixes, I can't REQUIRE people buy them without Hasbro getting (understandably) ticked. Besides, people on the internet are used to getting their music for free to begin with.
I've only heard this song when playing Luna Games...so it kinda scares me...I keep expecting some scary ass jumpscare and for the song to go all demonic sounding...but I still love it!!! XD

@NorthernWind0 The original song was written to embody one trait noted in typical "Regality": that would be the melancholy that you describe. it's written in a key that's very boring, and i can almost (not entirely sure) tell you that if the song were put in a more jaunty key it would perk up even more.
I really hope you can make something from the rest of the songs from the season. Maybe the shorter (and sillier) songs you could compile into one big one to reduce the workload, but you're amazing and I really want to hear your take on the ones you haven't done so far.
Especially Singing Telegram, love that song.

At first I really wasn't too fond of how you tend to add your own original riffs in your songs, but I've come to really enjoy them and appreciate what they do for Ingram's writing. You should include more of it, like solos, and try not to let it crowd in the way of the song's original memorable melodies. You've improved a lot from Winter Wrap-Up (which was apparently completely unrecognizable for some people, lol), but a little more work on that couldn't hurt.
Regardless, awesome job, again!

It's eurobeat. It's all fast. And no, if you listen closely, it's the same tempo, especially since it's fairly difficult, if not impossible, to change the tempo in the middle of the song like that.
