I feel like a hippo bot would be the most terrifyingly overpowered thing ever.
Hippos are already powerhouses so what about a robot alien with intelligence who happens to be a hippo
And this is Why Emgo is the best... from skit, to comparison, to references... the whole vid never got me bored...

Been watching Emgo for years and he is the only reviewer, THE ONLY ONE, who does comparisons in boths modes, meaning he transforms all the figures in both bot and alt modes for comparisons.
Because it takes him hours upon hours to transform them all. That's time commitment man.
That's cause he's the best
And THEN he goes the extra mile with the JTI videos.

For the two smaller swords, the handles flip out so you can fit them into the hands of the two 'dog shoe' (hush puppies?) bots. Noticed they looked similar to the weapon profiles on the collector's cards for Dasirius/Rusirius 😊

Complex transformation but excellent engineering. And this Thunder King series took 2 years to complete.

I got both references to Ace Ventura and Male Gigolo not to brag it makes me feel old but they were very funny movies back in the day 😂
That's a typo... It's "Hug E Rhino" and he's quite friendly and affectionate.

Great review and instruction on how to transform this beauty. I completely agree that this is the perfect way to end the collection. I love Divebomb and King Lion, but Hugerhino is the only one out of the group that has all three modes down to a T (tee?), with a not so complicated transformation to boot. This is the only one out of the collection that doesn't try to fight you when you're transforming it (at least for me).
I'm really looking forward to tomorrow when they're combined, and hearing your thoughts!
I completely agree with you, this one is the only one (maybe divebomb also) that doesn't cause frustration with the various transformation. Now that I have done the combiner (wich is a truly beauty) I think I'll never transform him back lol
yeah, same for me. I have the bot in combined form and I'll never be transforming that to the individual members, ever. Shame, though, as they do look great as individual members too. Heck, if I'm being honest, I almost want to buy another set of this just to have them in their bot mode -- space and cost are the only two things making me say no.
This bad boy, combined, is sitting right near my monitor, with the mini Divebomb standing on top of him.

To me, this HeadStrong looks like Tony Stark designed him with this color scheme. Badass! Hope to see for comparison this Cang Toys Predaking and JinBao Predaking. Big beefy mean Predakings.
This set is the absolute epitome of today's engineering with Yesterday's toys. The whole set is my Holy Grail. I want it and I want it bad.Congrats for the whole set Emgo !!!
Loved this review and love your videos like always! There's something I must point out to you dealing with Landbull though that was recently brought to my attention. There's a tab that rests on the lower part of Landbull, in the back that has a use in combined mode. According to what I was told, that tab flips up and tabs in from his ab crunch when getting him into leg mode. It helps lock him in place and also prevents the top half of Landbull to come down any further. After all this time, I'm pretty a lot of people ignored that piece like I did and not one review video I've seen or even the instructions themselves ever mentioned the very fact of that particular piece. It's strange how it was left out during the combination process..
Emgo addressed that piece on his Thorilla review, as it was included as a replacement part with him
@@mdkfuzz187 , no, that's not what I was referring to. I know about that part. I'm talking about the tab on the lower back of Landbull. When first having him in robot mode, there's a tab that's clearly shown under his torso. Those who have Landbull know where I'm talking about. That particular tab has a use in combined mode and I think bull mode as well..

@@mdkfuzz187, cool! I'm pretty sure it was the same for everyone who purchased Landbull. When you first pull him out the box and turn him around, you'll immediately notice the tab on the lower part of him, since he comes packaged in robot mode. There's a hidden slot in the back as well that is seen once you pull his top half of his body up for transformation. That tab goes into that slot for I believe both beast and combined modes. The thing is, of all things mentioned, it was never mentioned in the instructions for Landbull. You'd think Cang would've mentioned that..
I love the Rocksteady mode, so that makes him a quadruple Decepticon.

I got it yesterday and spent a few hours transforming and combining predaking. It looks awesome but it is a HEAVY beast. Nice surprise from cang toys.

I love the figure but I never understood the purpose of having light piping for the eyes if they have something in the back of the head blocking the light…
Sorry if already said but light piping works if the light source is underneath, although most collectors will have light sources coming from above, which renders this feature useless for most. I personally only have light projecting up for the very top of my display cases

The leg mode is a lot cleaner than some of the other bots in this set. I do like that if they have partsforming, the parts themselves transforms though I am a bit disappointed with the connector bits and leg braces.
