I just came across this and said wow that beautiful toy then the lion mode was screaming Zoids.
When I saw the ascension for the Just Transform It video, I thought Razorclaw's lion mode looks like a liger from Zoids. Whether that was intentional or a coincidence, who knows.
They usually end up looking like zoids . Pretty common for lion/tiger bots

When i first saw the thumbnail, i thought it was a Zoids wild zero golden liger that's transformable lol
@@beaudavis3808 cousin? They are more to step siblings honestly. Tomy hold zoids while takara produce transformers plus its predecessor series.
This is one if those rare sets where every mode looks really good. It'll be a tough decision on which to display.
i have all the parts so far my friend and they look majestic even when you transform them to combiner mode even though he aint complete the whole sets a beast :D

Hi there Emgo. I'm watching your video right now and would like to point something out. In combined mode, the gold waist pieces have to be rotated and tabbed onto the side pieces you rotated under the chest. I thought I'd help you out since you're always helping us all out through your reviews and I agree, Kinglion is a great figure to have in your collection. This entire set works well if you're into Zoids and Gundam as well. You get the best of 3 worlds in one 😁

You know that this is one heck of transforming toy when you realize that the JTI is just 4 minutes short of the main review (34 vs 38 mins). Great review as always Emgo.

I should be receiving mine sometime later this week. Edit: and now that I've seen the whole video I must add: You do a much better transformation video. You pointed out tabs so many others skip pointing out. And I think the two hip skirts in torso mode attach to Monkey Pants once he is out.

While I definitely want to get the big ones, I'll stick with the mini versions for now. Can't wait for them all to get released, and I'm especially excited for their dino bots. I'm loving what they did with Grimlock!

Great review and guide, especially on the position of the legs when going into combiner mode. I ended up with a huge gap because I did mine improperly (was my fault, as I was going off a different channel's guide and had not listened closely to what they were saying lol). This is well worth the price for me, and I can't wait to have the remaining figures in its combiner mode.

This King Lion (Razor Claw) would own and destroy all the other Predicon versions. So spikey and beefy. I thought the Wei Jian version was something, this version blows them out of the water.
the way these look, feels like they would fit well with the bay bots or ps3 game bots.

He looks better than any of the previous incarnations.
Is it me or this new Razor Claw looks like from Zoids
The robot mode looks great... But the head seems really disproportionate to the rest of the body. Idk if it was the camera angle, but I feel like the Lion's mane detracted from the head too much for me. I'm still super interested in seeing it all come together! (It's been quite a long time coming)

I guess the name Sirus has something to do with canines considering this figure and Sirius Black from Harry Potter, who turns into a dog.

I think, if I had enough disposable income to justify buying this set (or indeed, socks without holes in), I'd leave off as many of the extra pointy bits as possible - gold is supposed to be an accent on Razorclaw, not the dominant colour, and you can barely see his head from the front for all the spikes otherwise.
Also, I'm having real trouble not reading his name as "Klingon"...

With all of these figures so far I would want of each.
1 mint in box colour
1 robot form colour
1 beast from colour
1 combine form colour
Then 4 more in prototype gray.
But that would mean spending over 3 grand per release.
Put it would look amazing on full display.
The robot mode likes so much better without the shoulder & neck spikes. But then they really help to sell the lion mode. Good move on their part to make them removable.
I also like that they made the hands & get their own robot/beast modes.

Razorclaw loved gold and spikes so much that he had armored himself with gold armor and spikes, looking epic. Hence the name.....'King Lion'

kinglion could be a perfect repaint for a liger from zoids imo but other than that pretty cool figure and a neat iteration of the character
By the way u may be able to use the canons on his back in his hands in robot mode the slots on his upper arm area you can plug them in with the pegs on his canons I think so he can have them as regular blasters I may be wrong but I’m not sure lol don’t blame me if not 😂

Not sure if I’m the only one but I love optional parts forming. Like sometimes my sensory issues will get in the way of transforming these figures and the option to make less going on helos

While I'm glad the MP Scales are moving forward, I'm fully dedicated to their Legends, but I'm worried that it may be the year 2024 by the next Legends, and Mini Firmanent might age badly even if I place it in a good storage.
Just an amazing figure. Now that I have it in combined mode I think that's where it will stay. Also my fingertips hurts a bit now. Geez.

Not sure how i feel about the Predaking head being gold instead of orange...
Man, this figure is ornate. Although, it DOES kind of look like a Smilodon Fatalis if it evolved from Lions.
I feel if they removed one or both sets of the extra mane bits, this toy would be a love from me.
Still really good, but it does feel a bit like form over function in places, as these bits make it hard to transform and pose sometimes, and I don't think I should feel forced to remove them to make something work easier.
How did you remove the solid plastic piece in its back between the head and it's backroom remove all the plastic that's on the combine mode head because the installation don't say anything about it

I will be shocked if the full combiner actually stands up straight with this guy all balled up for torso mode like that. It looks like a rather chunky figure to begin with.
It's been shown that there will be extra parts for stability that attach to the knees and ankles if you need them.
A lion Mufasa would fear.

before my favourite version of predaking was the MMC one because i think the habro/taka was too shunky an square shaped
now we have the Cang toys and it is so gorgeous
i'm not a huge fan of gold every were i hate those all gold transformers version, but here with the red the orange the gun metal grey and the sylver, it is so well done
