- This is a new original composition based on the soundtrack of Donkey Kong Country 2. Taking directly from the game's soundfonts, I hope you like it! I would like to know your opinion in the comments

This song has a sense of true grandeur and adventure. It would be right at home in DKC2's OST!
Sin palabras, esta hermoso!!!! Porfavor haz más canciones así :D
Claro que si hermano, se vienen nuevas compos, que bueno que te gustó :D
I'm just here like.. every second day or so.
In my opinion, this piece isn't just music for another hiden bonus level or something (which would be already an accolade).
Most, if not all of Dave Wise memorable soundtracks have this kind of melody and chord progression, that you can tie memories far beyond just those games to them.
For me personally, this piece has the same kind of quality. It isn't perfect, just like another comment mentioned, I think it would benefit from more consistent drums. The drumline is made of to many samples with clashing "moods".. kind of. But I simply can not stop listen to this piece and the interplay between the pan-flute and the brass melody is just beautiful.
Thanks for this piece of art.
You've got some of the best original sound font music I've heard on the internet!
Thank so much bro!
the horns are so fucking beautiful. great shit man
This is good! DKC/DKC2/DKC3 soundfonts sound complex to use, but when they're done right, you get some absolute beautiful tunes! This is one of them, for sure
Thank so much!
This is amazing! I really love it the chaotic energy of the tune
I can't believe how underrated your channel is, this is great!
Thank you very much for your words bro, I will do many more of these and other games in the future
What a masterpiece❤so many memories as a kid playing my all time favourite game on the super nintendo..tears in my eyes
Belíssima canção, meus parabéns por captar a essência desse jogo que eu amo DK2❤
AWESOME!! ^^
This one has me returning to it, sounds like some sort of endgame water segment (had the game had individual tracks for each level like tropical freeze)
This is the music if the songs David Wise was inspired of, never existed...
Go on Styx!
Awesome! dude, you got a new suscriber! keep it up!
Amazing work, can't wait to hear some more!
Thanks so much bro!!
And another banger. Thanks man
thank you very much for the support bro
GOLDNESS
This a perfect music for a dark cavern level or a fantasmagoric cavern, or something like it
You got something here 👀
😀I LOVE it! The music totally blends in with this level! Sounds to me almost like I'd say Genesis, some of Solo Peter Gabriel's movie soundtracks, the Italian Progressive Rock/Techno band Goblin, Ennio Morricone with the horns on some of his movie soundtracks, Klaus Doldinger, the late legendary Vangelis, a little bit like John Harrison's "Day Of The Dead" (1985) movie soundtrack in some scenes , Phillip Glass, the 80s Pittsburgh Progressive Rock band Radian & some of Tedd Arnold's solo instrumental albums.
You've really inspired me to make me wanna get back to working on originals again since I haven't worked on an original song since April 2014! Will check out more of ur originals as soon as I can! I'm Alex Fetch. My friends call me Sonic AL! Please keep this on RUclips 4ever & don't remove it at all! 😀😉😁
By the way, who & what inspired u 2 compose ur original outta curiosity? 😀
thank you very much for your words! vangelis is indeed one of my inspirations, listen to the soundtrack of Day of the Dead! What a good recommendation, and if you totally identify me! I will listen to your other recommendations...
Regarding your question, definitely the soundtrack of Donkey Kong Country and David Wise in general together with Chrono Trigger, were the triggers for me to start composing! Video game music seems very rich to me in terms of the freedoms and mix of styles that it offers
It's good that I inspire you, I hope to hear your material, a hug!
Esto está guapísimooo!!! No había visto el título y realmente pensaba que era una canción de dentro del juego xD
Oh muchas gracias bro! Gran elogio xD, te recomiendo escuchar mi mas reciente compo, saludos!!
This song is good, but if I may offer some constructive criticism: If your goal is to mimic a Donkey Country level, then you should limit your instrumentation because the wide variety (metal, jungle pipe-like flutes, electronics etc.) in the same song make it hard to identify what level-type is being conveyed. The song in and of itself is great but it is hard to infer where exactly it belongs, just some information for thought.
Keep up the great work!
would have been better to call it "mystic magma" to fit the game's alliterative level names but man this is so good!
Thanks bro! Yeah mystic magma sounds better
@@dr8bit884 your other soundfont song for this game is pretty amazing too. :D and i came up with a name for it aswell: "backwoods beat"
なんかアレンジ曲だと思って聴いてるんだけど原形をとどめてなくてピンと来ないな。
元の曲の音源を使って別の曲を作ってるって感じなのかな?
Dunno, not bad but those percussion are maybe too much.
