Haha, but for real though. Are the different instrument tracks and the length of the loops all laid out as an arrangement in Ableton ahead of time? I really want to get into this style of live looping without having to physically press a floor pedal, but I'm not quite sure how to go about it. You're obviously very good at it! A true inspiration for a lot of us musicians.

I had the lovely privilege to meet this girl and hear her perform live for an internal event at a tech company giant I used to work for. She was super sweet and her mom was too. She absolutely performs these live. And it was a wonderful thing to witness. Kudos to her growth in the industry. I only wish her much more success!

@@TheonlyLarsNelson I do not know, but she came to the event to support her daughter. She said she comes with her daughter to all of the events she goes to. At the time, I believe she was only 18 when she did the live event I saw. It was about 3 years ago.
she could easily use pre-recorded tracks during a live performance as well (outside of the drums perhaps). Just saying, even in a live setting, there are tons of studio tricks that can be at play. I don't care one way or another, cause I enjoy video despite all that.

Very cool! I saw this years ago, now it came up again. This time I have a 5 month old daughter. I am a drummer, her mother (my wife) is a bass player. Our parents are all drummers or bass players too. This is kinda how I imagine our daughter to be in many moons to come. A lover of music, and a 'dab hand' at anything she wants to play. The most difficult thing in all of this is her singing, which leads the melody, and singing is hard enough without creating an entire song with a looping machine, so I think this video is incredibly impressive.

He is an outstanding guitar player and vocalist. Not to mention he was one of the greatest drummers of all time in Nirvana. All of his music videos are brilliantly creative. And the dude is a super nice humble guy on top of it. Who could say a bad word about him? You can't even begin to compare these two. That's unfair to her and music is definitely not a competition.
