- On Sunday 10th November, we had the great honour of leading the remembrance parade in our hometown of Lisburn. The parade was comprised of veterans, Royal Naval Reservists from HMS Hibernia, the Sea Cadet Corps, Army Cadet Force and the Air Training Corps plus other dignitaries! After the parade we then played a concert in the legion which was excellent! We played military marches, well known war songs, and a film score threw in for good measure! The audience was fantastic and seemed to really appreciate our performance!
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them. Видеоклипы

So I must add the Lisburn Young Defenders to my list of favourite loyalist bands, along with the 'Black Skull Glasgow', the 'UVF Regimental Band' and the 'William King Memorial'.
Thanks Ian
Good choice 👍
Omagh Protestant Boys.....may I also suggest.
@@Drifty40 Oh yes, I forgot them. But all of them are melody flute bands, modeled on the style of the British Army, including as can be heard, the hobnailed boots.
