@@beneath5828 Is that how Persians dress? I have seen, ancient pictures of Northern Nigeria before Islam. I have seen, how the men and women dressed. Islam, isn't the reason why Northern Hausa's dress that way. The Persians, rather were the ones who changed their ancient cultures because of religion.

@@beneath5828 Good to know you are a Northerner, and a Muslim. I am a Northerner, and a HISTORIAN! I took, it upon myself to research about various African cultures prior to the era of external influence's. And i discovered that most of the things black people think they copied! Was rather, copied from them. Wearing of long robes, gowns, covering of the body, and hair wrapping, by men and women has nothing to do with external influence's such as religion. They are all, part of various African cultures. Ancient, Africans had a way of identification, and differentiation. And they used, their cultural ways to do that. The way the women dressed in the video is a Northern Hausa way of dressing. I mean Hausa's. Many tribes, who are now in the North had their own various ancient traditions or cultures. You can say that Islam urges women to cover their body and hair. But, Islam didn't teach Hausa's to do that. Islam, didn't teach many other African cultures to do that. Because, we have verse cultures in Africa. So, there are those whose cultures is not about covering of the body. And there are those whose cultures, dresses to cover up completely. Ancient Africans, had varieties of traditional ways. Other race of people, copied from them. Not, the other way round.

Two things I've loved about northerners is that they know the secrets of business, and they're not loud; that is to say, they don't claim to know it all.........If you've ever been to Kano, you know what I'm saying; if you're planning on going there, I promise you, they're gonna blow your mind...... just be ready to learn from anybody on the streets.
