    I have Always Loved Berries, & dark leafy greens. Plus Citrus fruits like Love Except Grapefruit being bitter.... It is nice to know some of my Favorite Vegeis & Fruit can help my heart pressure ! 😁😁😁😁😁

    Now, since I'm on a Keto diet, what foods would you recommend, since carbs are out of the picture? I've already started supplementing with Potassium, Magnesium, and Beet Roots.

    Who’s eating 4 oranges per day

      Never saw a case study showing eating 4 oranges a day led to someone getting diabetes. In contrast, orange growers and farmers seem to be pretty healthy to me.

    Allergic to fresh fruit. Can eat it frozen though, allergic to nuts, can eat seeds though.

      At least you know which foods would cause an allergic reaction. So, eat the right foods that won't make you ill. Also, remember no matter how healthy the food may be, eat in moderation.

      And flax seed meal. There is strong evidence for both beets and flax seed (meal).
