Breath of Fire 3 and 4's art style and sprites are an absolute feast to the eyes. Would absolutely love a sequel going in that direction.
But the FORCED MINI games that USE a TIMER for both the 3rd and 4th games are not only REQUIRED I could NEVER actually beat those mini games so I couldn't even TRIGGER the final boss fight of BOTH since those MINI games IN both and the 3rd and 4th ones trigger less then 50% THROUGH the entire game.
I prefer the first 2 games since they don't HAVE required mini games on a timer at all for a remake though without like a 10x exp cheat BoF 2 takes FOREVER to lv up before you have access to that 1 island that has those K Sludges on them a exp boost cheat could easily FIX that.
I do miss the days when the companies would still produce games for most of their IPs, and not just focus on the 2 or 3 biggest money makers. I'm hoping this poll helps brings that back and we get that variety from Capcom again that we enjoyed in the past.

Also it would nice if Capcom took a lot older games from the Arcade, NES/SNES, Genesis, etc. and put it in on a collection like Sega has done.
RE Engine Breath of Fire! It's been so long since we had a Mega Man Legends. I was so bummed when they canned MML3. All those designs we voted on thrown in the trash. I got a 3DS for that game, and it never got released. We have to get MEgaman off the Moon!

I agree! Mega Man Legends is my favorite Mega Man series@ Its unfortunate Misadventures of Tron Bonne is so expensive though, I was so desperate I even Kickstarted Inafunes Red Ash Kickstarter but it was not successful
God forbid people like something else aside from RE, SF or MH. Of course my favourite Female character is Cammy. But I had to pick Regina for obvious reasons. If it was a purely a popularity survey Capcom would only let us choose Monster Hunter titles.
I'm pissed Haunting Ground wasn't even mentioned, but I'm happy AF other people got excited with megaman and BOF up there.
Due to the fact that Megaman hasn't been in the public eye for a long while now. I believe a reeboot of of the X and legends series would be the best way to go

I am very hopeful for both of these IPs due to the information. I also saw that every BoF Ryu was within the top 100 of characters in the characters vote list. Found that interesting!

Great video mate! I hope that it does lead to new entries for Mega Man Legends and Breath of Fire. For me, I want a sequel to Battle & Chase. I know that it won't happen, but still, it would be awesome for it to reach its full potential.
I love BoF3 and 2.
Never liked BoF1 (tho I love the ost) and Dragon Quarter.
I am not a fan of BoF4 either, I remember the game didn't attracted me that much when I played it in my childhood, nowadays in my 30's I tried to play it again, and once again I realized why I didn't like that game.
As me and my friend have been saying over and over again we need a mega man legends legacy collection after the battle network one because capcom removed all of the legends games from the digital store fronts meaning the only way you can play them is through emulation or trying to buy the games if you Don't have them and they cost a lot of Money. So we need the legacy collection just so we can preserve these 3 games and as for breath of fire, I just want to have more unique R G series again because we've had multiple at this point but none of them let you fully become a dragon and have unique and interesting ideas involved plus a unique group of characters that isn't from A Suidoken or Eiyuden Chronicles games. And did I mention transforming into a dragon as a core mechanic and we would need a new game in the series that's actually number 5 and isn't dragon quarter.
We NEED a megaman legends collection on steam! Im afraid of remakes(with good reasons), but i think they should revive the Megaman legends 3 project

They've abandoned the rest of their franchises, and I don't see them ever giving anything else a chance.

Man, I'm dying to see something new or even a port for either. They can even port Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter into a collection and I wouldn't mind, as long as we got the other four games. And if these remasters or collections DO happen and perform well, it could mean that it sends the message that we want MORE

Breath of Fire: Refocused
A legend states that there are two heroes to the story, a Dragon and a Angel... who go by the names Ryu and Nina Respectively, they have been chosen to save the Eternal isles from the forbidden grasp of hell itself... now their mission begins, what new friends will they meet, what averseries will they find... find out when BOF:RF comes out eventually!
New gimmick: Campfire Spots "Along the way, there'll be campsite spots to set up camp with your current party members, you can even cook up an varity of hearty meals to use to get temporary stat boots that only go on for a few mins..."
Breath of Fire is hit or miss for me, I've only enjoyed 2 and 3. My first Mega Man games were the Zero/ZX collection.
I'm personally hoping for Onimusha and Dino Crisis. Maybe some Monster Hunter remasters.
Serious question...i wish there was a game that was turnbased like octopath but with some characters that look like 40k Warhammer marines 😅 would be sick! Maybe octopath 3 will have a futuristic approach, that'd be sick
I never got into Mega Man Legends, but I adored Breath of Fire ever since 2 on the SNES. Dragon Quarter was very different, but I thought it was still very well done and engaging. I've been hoping for Breath of Fire 3 on something more modern than a PSP for years. It was upsetting to get it on my PS3 many years ago only to find out that it could be played on the PSP through the PS3, but not standalone on the PS3.
