Creating fluid liquid movements is always a difficult task in After Effects, but with this trick we can get some pretty sexy results. Follow along as Danny goes over how to set up the artwork, animate the movements, construct the liquid, and incorporate a spill effect!

Hey are you talking about the expression pick whip? If that is the case you need to hold option while clicking on the stopwatch.

Thanks! Sometimes you must alter the phase so that the wave fits appropriately on the glass. It depends on how big you draw your shape layer that the wave effect is on. I should've explained that ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
