Love all these 'tutorials' out there. It's like that meme on how to draw an owl.
Step 1. Draw a circle.
Step 2. Draw the rest of the fucking owl.
one feedback from my side is slow down the video it will helpful to beginners......
you can easily slow the video down with the "speed" feature in youtube mate
I played it on 0.5 speed, don't need the audio so works a treat.
Such a great video! Learned a lot, even things I’ve already known just refined my understanding
You guys can slow it down with the youtube playback settings
Great timesaver nd helpful for Advance users.
Keep More Speed Arts Coming
I like the speed of the videos, don't listen to those saying slow it down.. I like them fast and theres a lot of beginner AE tutorials already out there.
Very good result but you have to explain it more. maybe with subtitles
You can create same effect with less effort using "Wave Warp" build in plugin, way easier, not much explaination needed, its really intuitive. If you need explaination check some tutorials like "how to animate cape" and you will get whole idea. Btw. i know that 5 years had passed and you most probably dont need this information, but i want to post it here maybe anyone else will have this issue and find my post helpfull.
Yeah I agree with the other comments! This is a wonderful tutorial but slow it down to like 15 minutes and it’d be much more helpful to people new to after effects! Well done tho!! I really enjoyed it!
Wouldn't you rather use roughen edges to make that wave effect? Or better yet, ripple. That way you can procedurally adjust the waves
illustrator files?
Very cool, among other things, I just learned about making a path in shape layer and copying it to layer position! Coool! THaaaanks!
Warren Reed Good to hear!! Stay tuned with Moveshapes to learn more 👍
Thank you for a very entertaining tutorial. I have learned something new!

Amazing work. I love the way you present it.
Nice and thank you
Nice, but too fast to understand

he animate the two water shape in opposite direction and made a mask for every layer..the bubbles are animated with paths and made a cycle and made a mask...
think it is so..sorry for my english...
can you make a3 d skull in a ed fire tutorial?
Hello,i stumbled upon a lot of your tutorials, witch i found amazing, but if you could find a way to add voice commentary it will be great.
loved the tutorial man ... just if it could be a little slower thank you
This is really interesting.
Where are the illustrator files?
Kindly had ur voice in ur tutorial bcz many more other RUclips rs use the voiCe...
To get the illustrator files we need to pay something ? That's not free so i can't try that
Is it a tutorial, or speed art? Can’t be both. I dig it though.
where is the vector file
؟؟
thank you very much
Thanks ❤
i don't know path animation, to follow cricle on pentool. please make tutorial
nice
source file?
love it and want to tech it in Arabic can i
i am unable to understand that why did you use AI layers, where as you could have just achieved this effect with wave warp directly in AE? Generally I do like a lot of your vids but this one I think could have been easier.
I honestly wouldn't call this a tutorial at all.
how do you make the water flow seamlessly?
you can use this expression on the position (alt+left click on the clock)(PD: but you have to end where you begin to get it right):
loopOut("cycle");
desciption> In this tutorial you'll learn how to animate a bird walk cycle on a simple 2d character without any plugins.
hahaha, save your comments, this might just be a bot
Fine then! Take my like!
It would be good that you explain instead. Not sure this is possible for you ?
where is the vector file
