Beep as it flashes just addressed the thing that has been irritating me most with my control box builds! This new core has so many cool things added! I'm looking forward to upgrading my personal sabers with this. Bring on the dual end lit versions! :)
@davidcollins465 that's handy if you can see then but when you add a control box then you can't see it anymore. I'm sure a future software update will allow the beeps to be turned off.
@@giannipolini2544 Proffie doesn't have BT natively, but you can get an add-on board. As far as apps go, Frederick Hubbe had a proof of concept 2 years ago. And KRSabers has something as well.
Yea, if you want the best sound at the budget level this is where to be right now. Even just going with that on an RGB steps that up in a big way. It's just amazing being able to load any of the fonts I have onto what I spin primarily. Also, shop with these guys and they take care of you. Had a mild hiccup getting mine setup, but they got me fixed in no time. Can't beat good service! 👍
I got the Xeno 3 base lit from Darkwolf so I'm putting it into main hilt I use. Then I'll put the RGBX v3 into another hilt, I like the cores being swappable. I wonder if the hinge piece used for the Empress/Dark Rey hilt will be released separately. I want to use that piece to assemble a folding staff/pike type saber.
@@viresabers5883 I downloaded the app and it seems to be mostly accessible. The tabs are graphic pictures, so it doesn’t read those. I didn’t have a soundboard to connect to, so I couldn’t fully test it. The subjects though we’re all clearly read by voiceover.

Nice! Are there any plans for a brighter base-lit core? I've noticed red on my core is quite dim, and it would be nice to have a bright red saber without compromising durability.
That is super exciting, just so I have it right, the new baselite xeno will have the customizable font features? And will it be available for thin neck style in the future? I was hoping to making something funky and curvy.
My only thing I didn't favor was that now I have to buy all new cores for my xeno pixels and base lit sabers. I wish most of this would've came in the form of an update instead
I bought a fully installed sentinel hilt from you guys. I was thinking about buying an empty hilt from you also, I assume I can put the core from the sentinel into the new hilt with no issues?
@@viresabers5883 ok thanks. Also may i make a small suggestion? In the description of each saber, can you give a little description of what the saber looks like for us blind folk. Exactly this. Now I need a new board for my Starkiller saber. Having to guess/count was an absolute pain in the arse.
I do not enjoy the beeps. Liked counting the flashes

Excellent walkthrough. Thanks, Tyler!
Don’t forget about stab, spin , melt and lightning block on the new board!!
Always appreciated Tyler ✌🏻
This is all great, but I need to know more about the pommel on the baselit saber.
You guys are killing me. New stuff to blow my paycheck on.
Thanks!! 😂😂
Do you think you could do a tear down video of the xeno 3 you know show us the board how the wiring everything is?

Being blind, the audio indicator for the button flashes is fantastic! I am hoping the app will also be accessible with voiceover on my iPhone?
I'm honestly not entirely sure how screen readers work, if it will be able to just pick it up naturally or not. I hope it does tho!

Good to hear
What emitter do you have on the Bacl and Gold Hilt?
Do you need to edit the config to have fonts play tracks? Added tracks but they won't work
What's the pommel on one with the speeder grip?
Just to be clear, BOTH pixel and RGB versions of Xeno3 can use the same soundfonts, right?
I was gonna get the RGB X core, but NOPE!!! This is better. Also, when will that quick release be released?!?!
It's gonna be a little longer, unfortunately.
I got the shipment, but they aren't passing my personal quality checks, so I'm having them remade.
Would have liked to hear the accent swing

Yep!
what is the size difference between this core and the v2
It's the same chassis as the V2 master core! So about an inch shorter from the top than the traditional core
Are “accent swings” referring to light effect or a sound effect?
Sound
