How To Get Bigger Legs FAST! (Leg Press Edition)

  • Ready to get those legs growing?
Yesterday I hit some legs and focused solely on different variations you can do on the leg press. 3 of my favorites that isolate different parts of your leg (quad dominate, power stance - overall killer rest pause sets and a hamstring + glute variation)
Let me know in the comments below what video you want next!!

I agree you shouldn't lock out, but pushing range of motion past 90° doesn't add to muscle tension and can be devastating on your lower back depending on your genetics.

One thing that's really helped me has been rocking. There's a RUclips channel called original strength that discusses it. I've hurt my adductors and SI joint in the past doing heavy squats, but after rocking, I've not had any issues. Hope this helps! Also do dynamic stretching (legs swings, walking leg kicks, walking knee highs, etc.) before a workout and static stretching after.

This is exactly ruclips.net/user/postUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS what I needed to get some exercise while I'm stuck at my desk all day. It's just the right size. Only downsides are that the right oeddale unscrews itself while I use it and increasing the tension causes it to squeak while in use. Both are minor issues that aren't that important to me. So I give it 5 stars.
