We have traditional Latvian food, but we have a lot of foreign dishes to.

Try to google "latvian traditional food". There would be many options named to choose from.

I would say we have traditional food but not in a way that it's only unique to Latvia. If you look at any holiday table you can see russian, slavic, baltic foods. Even very traditional foods like the grey peas pork fat, Janu cheese, rye bread, they are shared in the Baltics because we all have same history and similar tradition.
