    Thanks for making this video. Ive been looking for another tent and found this one. Your video helped me decide to buy it. Right now I have a Sierra design clip flashlight 2. Love that tent. Take it on every camping trip. Thanks again for the video.

      I hope you enjoy the tent! It has been my buddy for a while. Most likely will upgrade soon but mainly because I use it so much!

    Very nice review. I definitely appreciate the real time set up. I had some difficulty getting the very top pole clip to stay on both poles.
    Also, another nice thing about the included footprint is that if it is raining while you set up, you can set up the fly to the ground sheet first, Then set up the tent body inside. Definitely not the easiest but possible if need be.

      Hi David, yeah you are 100% right about the top pole clip i did feel it wasn't the best design in that sense but it wasn't a deal breaker for me as the other clips kind of held it all in place.
      I am gonna try that rain set up idea- see how it works because might be a good way to do it if you don't have a tarp to keep the inside of the tent dry. I will see if I can add it to the video or make an additional one to go with it if I can do it.

    Thanks for the review. Does the color attract bugs?

    I am waiting to receive this tent from Atmosphere. I read one review that said it does not come with guy lines. Did you receive guy lines with your tent?

    Hi, is there a reason you chose the Catalyst over the Limelight?

    • @theoutdoorlatina
      @theoutdoorlatina  2 года назад +1

      At the time it was weight and price that made me choose this tent honestly. I wasn't ready to invest on a $700 ultralight tent and when I was reading reviews it looked pretty decent. For me Marmot is a good quality company and I figured I give it a try. Hasn't disappointed me yet.

    Does this tent have vents on the fly?

    • @theoutdoorlatina
      @theoutdoorlatina  2 года назад +1

      No. So "vents" are actually just a line that you can pull and attach with a peg. so it pulls it on the sides enough for some air. but no actual zipper or anything on the fly beyond the front and back zippers by the doors

    I'm sorry but this tent is EASY to setup with just one person! I just don't understand why this young lady struggled so much? I love this tent. I've taken it on 13,000 miles of motorcycle camping!
