Yes, it was Katie Holmes and James Marsden and they starred in the movie Disturbing Behavior. It was a teen sci-fi horror flick. The song was used in the movie and the actors agreed to be in the music video.

Wow, used to listen to this all the time, 1998. Holiday Man cd was one of the more unique collection of musical styles. Lead singer Adam Paskowitz had some serious vocal range, as displayed on the cd's closing tune "Sexual Sandwich."
On another note, the lead singer hails from the Paskowitz surfing family, they've run a surfing camp out in California for decades. A documentary was made on the family patriarch, Dorian Paskowitz, back in 2008 and is an incredible life adventure to watch, called "Surfwise." You'll find this song in the middle of the documentary, too.

Lol this video was made for a fun 90s movie, Disturbing Behavior. The high school kids have chips put in their brain by an evil guy and it makes the kids snap sometimes. Not Gory btw.
