My birds will bath in anything and anywhere there is water 😂 I mist over them a bit everyday since they are molting and they really love it and let me know if they want more, is it okay to that daily 🤔
This was really helpful, sometimes seeing all the extra things you can buy for your bird can be overwhelming… good to know just water is okay! Also your passion for birds really shines through in these videos
This is such perfect timing because I just gave my tiel Nimbus a shower with a misting bottle. Her feathers really needed it. Ienjoy watching birds bathe too, it's too cute!
Our GCC decided she wants to shower in our kitchen sink. It surprised us at first cause she just started landing on the faucet when we were cooking or doing dishes, and she slowly scooched down to our hands. We just turned the temp to luke warm and she did the cutest little water dance. We let her decide when its time, usually 1 or 2 times a week. She also loves to sit on the built in caddy when we shower. She just gets a little sprinkle but I think she must like the steam too cause she jumps in every time. Such a funny bird. After many months and methods to offer a bath, my gcc loves to bathe over the sink in a unglazed terracotta saucer with the cold water drizzling. The shallow dish and non slip factor are what sold her. I think she’s nuts for wanting to bathe in cold water but she won’t bathe in any other temperature. We offer the bath every day and most of the time she’ll jump right in and make a huge mess!
Such an informative video! I’ve had my green cheek for almost 3 years now and he goes in phases of eating and not eating veggies. I feel like I’ve exhausted all options. He does ok with freeze dried but I started making him fruit and veggie smoothies and that’s the only form of veggies he eats. Any tips??
My green cheeks like to bathe in a pyrex pie dish. Sometimes they refuse it then minutes later they bathe in their nice clean drinking bowls. LOL!😊

Our Scampi definitely prefers colder water too 🤣 they all have their little quirks of doing things!
Has anyone seen a shower perch that hangs over a shower head? I can't get suction cups to stick to my new shower!
Have you tried wetting the suction cups slightly before putting on the wall?!
Our Pionus sometimes gives a bathing response to the sound of the vacuum cleaner. It's so cute! I guess the sound reminds her of rain or something??

My 2 sun conures like to bathe in their water bowls and it's normally when ever I have the vacuum on 😊
A lot of birds do that when the vacuum is on 🤣
@BirdNerdSophie I thought my birds were broken at first especially when mango would start swooshing his face in the bowl 🤣
Pls make a video about hand feeding baby formula and the quantity per age..
Unfortunately that’s not something I can make a video on as I have no experience in that, nor do i recommend hand rearing!
