    very good exercises. I've also tried the ones with swiss ball and resistance band. they are awesome too.

    Great workout Vlad. Would you recommend this before a run .if not what would you recommend before you head out for a run . Thanks

      really depends on the run - if it s a super easy jog - yes this would be perfect before but if you go for a hard workout best not too. have a look for the mobility workout on my channel that would be a perfect pre run one. but keep the strength workouts for post run and try and do few every week
