- #Storycon | PCG spokesperson for the West Philippine Sea Commodore Jay Tarriela said an empty cargo vessel with seven Chinese crew members was detained in San Felipe, Zambales on Thursday, May 16.
Tarriela added that the cargo vessel failed to present any valid documents to show its registration and compliance with various IMO conventions.
