今天第一次听到讲粤语的 😁，而且第一次明白履和捋的分别。
(间接也更清晰认识到履和採的分别）

"履"有踩踏(借力)的意思, 而"摪"有控制著力走反, 使敵對方逃不了的意思. 問題是要視對方如何用勁,
《背》意背勢，凡不利之態皆為背勢。

我剛才沒想到。

動手非太極。非常有趣的的觀點，但打出來的招式沒有太極的功法。
這位大師做型有些似天下的無名
履LE 是指步履 行和踏也。
捋是古字 粤音LU, 捋 普通話音LE.
不錯！比較着重實用性，但對我來說，太極八勁其實是對"內勁"的ㄧ種形容，一種有別於一般人所使用的肌力，頗為抽象，而這種所謂"內勁"在任何ㄧ種肢體動作中，都可以應用，在下認為甚至可以離開中國功夫的範疇，去到西洋拳、柔道等等中發揮，當然，日本柔術、柔道、合氣道及空手道等有着中國功夫的傳統血液，如把太極拳不着痕跡地放入去，會更加得心應手。

@@theheroandlegendchannel its irrelevant what I can or cannot do. This classical mess doesn't work. No one fights like this stylized crap. Most street fights r like fights in a hockey game. I fight bareknuckle full contact. Go hav a look @ those. Also chk out :

Why would he need to fight? This is an art form, culture, and heritage. This is knowledge that can be used to fight, but there is no need.
