Ingredients for the batter:
5 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
7 TB melted butter
2 1/4 cups cake flour
2 2/3 cups milk
Ingredients for whipped cream frosting:
2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp dry vanilla pudding mix
Other:
Fruits of choice
Crepe pan 8-9”
Cooking spray
Yields 24-28 crepes if using 8” pan.

Are you using instant pudding mix?

For the cream I used dry vanilla pudding mix to help stabilize the cream.
