the corpse with the key is at 1:22 on this vid; lying up against the wall outside, theres stairs going down behind the corpse that are locked, easy to miss, terrible design lost an hour to this, cleared every last centimeter of this place three times EXCEPT for that 1 corpse

This key you can find a lot of times in the car scrapyard or on clear sky blue dudes
